Customer-centric.... not your average dealer!

Just purchased a new Buick Envision and had a great experience at Sellers. I had two prior experiences at Sellers purchasing Enclaves, but budget required me to switch to Chevy (and, as a result, a different dealer) a few years ago. When my Chevy lease ended, I was eager to go back to Buick and to Sellers. Not only are their facilities comfortable and spacious (WiFi, awesome cafe, and quiet areas where customers can work while waiting for service), but they don't force their sales/finance staff to make customers suffer through efforts to upsell. Having been forced to sit in a finance managers office (at a different dealer) to review virtually every add-on option GM can think of for 90-minutes (life-sucking experience), despite having said "I don't want/need any of it', I truly appreciate Seller's respecting my time and intelligence. My sales rep -- Jennifer Leonowicz -- was great. She listened, respected my requests and made it all happen -- everything from finding the vehicle I wanted in right price range to having paperwork ready for me to sign when I came for delivery. I've yet to have a bad experience at Seller's and the fact they actually asked me to BE HONEST in my rating of them on any survey I received was a shocker! The customer service rep explained they are genuinely committed to providing the best customer experience and not just getting (unearned) '10's'. I highly recommend both Jennifer and Seller's.... I have no problem giving them all 10's as they've earned them!
