Used 2020 RAM 3500 Tradesman for Sale

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! I being a single mom with 2 kids and bad credit(2 repo's and ALL) came to Matthews Motors on 4/15/17, I had the vehicle in mind I wanted, it was already sold the day before. I opted to buy a 2013 Cadillac XTS a sweet ride with low mileage. However, after 4 days I realized this was NOT the car for myself and kids. I went back today and they were able to put me in a vehicle I wanted, a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE with low mileage 32k to be exact! When I say I CAN'T thank GOD and ALL the staff here, I truly CAN'T. I will FOREVER come here and refer ANYONE I know to do the same! Robert Walker, Mike Fischer, Sonny(I hope I spelled it right) THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and soul. You were able to give me a SECOND chance to get my credit together AND put me and my children into a car that is JUST RIGHT for US (safe, reliable and practical)! and that I WANTED! I bought my Nissan Armada new in 2013 from Van, which was the best salesman as far as were concerned. The other day my husband took it off the curb. Immediately after that my car started to make a clicking- clunking sound. I was to leave for Georgia the next day. I stopped by and they put it up on the rack and found that the brake cables broke lose from the clamp they were in and the emergency brake cover was starting to rub off. they retied the brake lines up and set me on my way with no charge. Jaime waited on me and he is very professional and friendly. I had a non eventful time purchasing the car, in other words NO grand wizards as I call it. I was told the bottom line price on the car, after researching and making sure it was a deal I purchased it. I hated buying cars in the past but not now, thanks to Don Marshall dealership and their wonderful auto lube department. that's the thing also the repair place wasn't even the service dept. it was their lube place at the bottom of the hill. I highly recommend and will purchase from them in the future. Thanks Jaime, Don Marshall and servicemen for getting me back on the road.

I have had the most extraordinary buying and service experience at Marks, I encourage everyone to check them out when looking to buy a used car. They have been honest, fair and have bent over backwards to see that I am a satisfied customer in many ways. I could go on and on in specific about my salesperson, Matt the owner, Mark. They all worked hard to find the right car at the right price, seeing to it that it was mechanically top notch and financially affordable. I am sending everyone there. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I bought a Nissan Altima fairly new and low miles. Being a single parent and minority I am really particular about taking my business to the right places. I think I made a great decision to buy from Evolution. These guys are just not professional at point of sale but even after making a sale. I bought a black exterior car at night time and missed few minor scarthes and my tire light pressure light on. I spoke to Sunny (Who is amazingly helpful) who directed me to Damian (again extremly helpful) who went well and beyond and make sure I was Happy !! Also, they are a small team who works like a family (exactly what i was looking for ) ... Overall, I would rate them 10 If I could I would recommend them to all my family and friends

I found a quality vehicle in beautiful shape. The price was below Blue Book and they were willing to negotiate a lower price and provide a 30 day drive train warranty. Courteous service and went out of their way to deliver the car to my house 50 miles away.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam Rushing and his team. I inquired about a new 2016 F-150 Lariat 4x4 online. Sam contacted me within minutes and was extremely knowledgeable. Soon after speaking with Sam, I took the short drive out to Town East Ford from Dallas. Sam was able to have my Trade appraised very quickly and I was offered an amount well above fair value! After working out all the details, I was driving my new truck home that evening! I have to say that this was one of the easiest, most pressure free and enjoyable buying experiences I've ever had. Sam's level of Customer Service is unmatched. He made the whole process very comfortable and puts you at ease in a situation that can be very stressful at times. It was also very nice to have a salesman who truly enjoys his job. You can tell that Sam is genuine and really has a passion for selling Ford cars and trucks. His positivity is infectious!! I wouldn't be surprised to see Sam as the next New Car Manger! Maybe even the GM at Town East Ford in the coming years! I also had the pleasure of working with a few other people I would like to mention. During my time with Sam, he had a trainee that was shadowing, his name was Johnny, aka "Tiny". Tiny wasn't so tiny, he also made a very large impact on my experience. Tiny was only a few weeks into his new position at Town East but he could have easily fooled me. He had a very professional and welcoming vibe to him. He showed true interest in getting to know me as a person rather than just a car buyer. He too also had a very positive attitude and strong focus on Customer Service. The last person I would like to mention is Mr. Ozay Jones in the Business Center. Mr. Jones handled all the organizing and finalizing of the finance for my purchase. He too was a great example of excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to my needs as a driver and made appropriate recommendations to help extend the lifetime of my new truck. Mr. Jones also made the "Paperwork" section of purchasing a new vehicle smooth, easy and a quick. Overall this was an absolutely wonderful experience. I will be taking all my future business to Town East Ford. As a local business owner myself, with over 200 employees, I understand the importance of having great people on your team. People who truly believe in making the customers experience the best it can be. People who make it look easy and unscripted. Town East Ford has succeeded at this with these 3 gentlemen.
