I don’t remember the guys name who ran the diagnostic on my 2018 Chevy equinox- but he was very helpful - even showed concern for our dogs. My turbo froze up- they gave me a quick cardboard piece on the front and sent us on the way- we were traveling to Sturgis from Jamestown and panicked when we lost power- they got us in quickly and took care of us—thank you sooo much!!!

Charbonneau Car Center review
I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Charbonneau Car Center. I purchased the Jeep without seeing or driving it, as I had it shipped out of state. The sales associate Lance P was very helpful and honest in his critique of the Jeep. Lance worked with the shipping company to coordinate the pick-up. the entire process went very smooth. Thanks to Charbonneau Car Center and Lance for making this a great experience. Ty S.

Jared was our salesman and he was awesome very low pressure. I thought he was knowledgeable about the jeep that we were buying. And he was straightforward. I didn’t feel that he was giving us the runaround. I usually buy a couple vehicles a year because I have my own business and it was really nice meeting such a good salesman. We will definitely use him in the future.

Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GreenbrierReviews
Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier review
The salesman Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin made it an awesome sales experience. Dealing with car salesmen is an experience I NEVER look forward to. It's probably why I keep my vehicles for so long. That.. and the idea of "no car payment". But this guy had me laughing and enjoying the conversation as I was marching towards reacquainting myself with car payments. No pressure. All questions answered. I left feeling very good about the deal that was made. I even found myself doing a line dance in the middle of the show room to finalize the deal. He mentioned this tradition of his, prior to starting our negotiations, but I didn't take him seriously. But afterwards, he was happy and my wife and I were happy. So why begrudge the man a line dance? How many times has THAT happened in the car buying experience? After inking the deal and before I left, he was sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle's operation and took the time to show me a few more bells and whistles I was totally unaware of, and invited me to call anytime if I had future questions. It was just an awesome experience.

We live out of state but found the van we wanted on their lot. We called the dealership, put down $500 and did the finance application online. Flew in to Salt Lake was picked up at the airport signed papers and was on our way. Such a good experience we would buy another vehicle from them even thought its a 10hr drive home.

BERNARD'S Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep wrangler for my fiancé at Bernard, all the staff there were so respectful and nice. Mark flatten gave us great tips and advise for our newly purchase vehicle. The amount of trust and faith in his customers are above and beyond our expectations. He helped us understand what it is we are buying and very knowledgeable. We feel like we were a part of a family and treated as such. Everyone was very welcoming and we feel like we were taken care of by a family member.

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
Dianna sold me a new Ram 1500. First of all, she made me a video, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and only gave off positive vibes. She also helped me to get a ride from Vancouver, WA to get my pickup. I would definitely buy from her again. Big Thank You

2026 Jeep Sahara. Starting looking online at Ron Tonkin saw my dream car 👊 it was love at first sight 😍. Beau made it very easy and quick. My family didn't even have a chance to get rubber butt. Beau definitely made my 7 y/o grandson feel like he was at home buying him pizza was the right choice . We will be back to buy another truck for sure 🤙 Thank you Beau

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
I had a fantastic experience working with Beau Thomas at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, Beau was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but what really stood out was his eagerness to help. He wasn’t pushy at all — just genuinely motivated to make sure I found the right vehicle. Beau worked hard to answer every question thoroughly and accurately. He made sure I understood all the details, numbers, and options without rushing me. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he found it quickly and followed up right away. That kind of dedication and attention to detail is rare. You can tell Beau takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers having a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who is hardworking, honest, accurate, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Beau Thomas. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable!

Thanks to Derek, Dan, Ernesto, JP, and Chris; This has been the best experience, buying a vehicle. I wish every dealership would treat their customers the way these guys do. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with such confidence, that shows their years of experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
