After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!
2017 RAM 3500 review
I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
