44 Auto Mart - Bardstown review
Buying my 2021 Black Widow F-150 was an incredible experience thanks to Tim and Travis. From the very beginning, Tim showed genuine warmth and hospitality—he even picked me up from the airport himself! His professionalism, honesty, and friendly personality made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. Travis, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He made the process easy, transparent, and stress-free, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Both Tim and Travis made me feel like more than just a customer—they treated me like family. I’m beyond thrilled with my new Black Widow F-150 and the amazing service I received. Tim and Travis have earned a customer for life, and I’m proud to now call them lifelong friends. If you’re looking for top-notch service, genuine care, and an unbeatable experience, these are the people to see!

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Kristion Gleason was a pleasure to work with on March tenth. He listened to us and was most kind and considerate. We were not intending to buy a vehicle. He found one for us that was a peach! He did not pressure us in any way to buy a vehicle, but simply showed us what he had available. Kristion is a superior salesman! Keep him!

2019 RAM 3500 review
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.

Diesel runs and runs all day not missing a beat. Pulling big trailer across country over mountains and deserts. Only gripe is small fuel tank of 32 gallons, you have to install a bed mounted tank for better range.

I worked with Joe Mattingly bought a Kia and I had a great experience here
2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.
