Firstly, the professionalism of our salesmen Leonardo was impeccable. He answered all our questions and he found the car we were looking for, all while answering a plethora of questions I had. Secondly, the team of Carlos and Orlan were key in getting the deal worked out including the financing, additional warranties and services that I expressly asked for. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren.
