We were grateful to deal with Noah and he was exceptional. We told him what we were looking for and he found me a truck that we are so happy with. He stayed in contact with us constantly and answered any questions we had always staying true to his word.
2016 RAM 2500 review
This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Always great working with everyone at your store in service, sales. Manager, finance . Always a pleasant place to shop and buy . Thank you all for all you do to help put me in a safe reliable new car .
2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Very professional and also personable. Also no additional work is done without the service department calls you. If you do not wait on your car to be serviced you will get a call or text, depending on what you want. My care was also sanitized when you pick up you car.
2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Although I did not complete a purchase, the Sashes person, Alec Alksnis, provided OUTSTANDING support! He was professional and timely in his responses. He provided clear and helpful videos of the vehicle, since I was inquiring from out of state. I would have been very confident in purchasing from Alec! My only point of concern, is that the dealership RAISED the price of the vehicle by $1500-$2000 during the time I was interested. I am certain they would have honored the price I started at, but it is questionable Why they raised the selling price. Otherwise, I wood consider then again, based 100% on Alec.
2023 RAM 1500 review
My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

My second vehicle I have bought from the dealership and salesman Shaun almost 20 years a part. Shaun is a really nice guy, doesn't try to push u into buying a car, the thing I love the most is they will let u take the car overnite and they let u test drive the cars without them, I have recommended them before to others and would do it again, as well as buy from there again

2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Don Woods Jeep in Rockbridge Ohio. I usually hate dealerships and prefer online but people at Don Woods made my experience exceptional. My sales person, Noah Evans was terrific, and the finance group and sales management were easy to work with. They very honest and straight forward. Closed deal and drove off in a couple hours. The drive is worth it. Highly recommend.
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.

2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

2024 RAM 1500 review
The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

Hugh White Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We were very impressed with our experience buying our new Rogue. The salesman, Kyle Dillar and his manager were very easy to work with and willing to negotiate the initial asking price. They offered us more than what we expected for our trade in. They made us both feel valued and respected. We hope to deal with them again in the future.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

One of the absolute most positive experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated the time they spent with us the non-pressure sales and then explaining the technology to first time EV owners you cannot go wrong picking from this dealership would buy from them again.
