I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
