From call to visiting the dealership, Juan Rodriguez was top notch. He valued our time in having the vehicle ready for us to see prior to us arriving. I arrived at 7:20am and the estimated completion time was 10:00am. I received a video clip at approximately 8:40am showing that the handle had been replaced and the seat was operating properly. I was checked out by 9:00am. Dianelis, my service representative, did an excellent job checking me in, informing the service technician of my vehicle?s issues, and making sure that I paid the price that I had previously been quoted.
