We had a great experience. Ishmael greeted us immediately and made us feel comfortable and right at home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. It’s our first Subaru and the experience was fantastic- my son loves this car. I do think the warranty is on the high side compared to others we have purchased but I hope it’s worth it.
