The process was painless and quick. Reanne was very knowledgeable and friendly, even with my kids, throughout the whole process. She ensured I felt comfortable with our purchase and options we chose. I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes. My service advisor, Michael, did a great job of communicating the progress of my service appointment. Not all the necessary parts were in stock after the diagnosis, but he kept me apprised of the status of their arrival and made sure I had a loaner when they came in. The technicians did a great job and returned my vehicle in great condition.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I'm 6'-6" tall and its got plenty of room for me. It drives well, parks well, and we've had fun camping in it. Mine is a custom camper. I like the fact that it fits in a city parking garage, but its a 3/4 ton van. The wagon seats 5. If you finish the walls in back, its very quiet. Most adaptable vehicle I've owned. Mileage is great, especially for a van.

Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. I have bought many cars over the years, all across the country and this was a trying experience, because of my commercial financing but Robert and Mark were very patient with a long drawn out process. They tried very hard to help me get the vehicle I was looking for for my business. Experience overall was very good, salesman wasn't pushy and worked very hard to negotiate a deal I was happy with. However, the dealer should update their website more frequently, as both of the cars I was interested in were sold.

Came in to buy a car after searching through some local dealerships. Was happy to find a nice family owned buissness. They helped work with me on price since I had a tight budget to work with. Happy to find they also service cars and will be supporting this local small buissness for some time!!
