I have been to Peach State Ford Cedartown for service on my 2016 Escape previously. Terry and TJ in Service have always been polite and knowledgeable in explaining the issue. This last visit was to buy a new vehicle after my 2016 was totaled. Once I found my new Escape with the help of Chaz Bowles, everything was expedited to complete the process. Including arrangements to get my rental returned so I could drive away in my 2024 Escape. Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

2023 RAM 1500 Longhorn review
2020 Ram 1500 Limited
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
