Julia was amazing I thought we going to spend all day buying a new car but it was just 2 hours. She was so helpful.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2016 RAM ProMaster City review
Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

2016 RAM 2500 review
In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West review
Great out-of-state buying experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West. Nate Stahl, the Sales Manager, spent a tremendous amount of time working directly with me through all the details of the purchase, trade-in, shipping, and paperwork. I’m a very detail-oriented buyer, and Nate was patient and responsive throughout the process and ultimately got everything across the finish line. Vincent Chavez also assisted with the sale and delivery process. The Jeep arrived as promised, and the dealership even FedExed all of the original documents I needed to title and register it in New Jersey overnight. I received everything promptly and was able to complete the process without an issue. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen from across the country takes some trust, and Nate and the team delivered. I’m very happy with the Jeep and would absolutely recommend them.

This dealership has always dealt fair and honestly with our family. We bought our new Dodge Durango from them a few months age. We noticed one tail light was getting water in it. They promptly ordered another one for it, called us to let us know when it came in, and replaced it the same day. Great service that is rarely seen these days!

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to because of my most recent experience with this dealership. Candela, our saleswomen, and Lee Cook helped me get my dream car. They both went out of their way to help me achieve this dream. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am. They went above and beyond and the entire experience was so positive. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago and also had a great experience. Everybody who works here is so warming and welcoming.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

2014 RAM 1500 review
This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.
