Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

TLDR; AutoSavvy of Duncanville is a 10/10 car dealership, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. My salesperson, Tyler, was willing to work with me on my first car loan and was very reasonable and accommodating. The trade in amount on my old cash car was also very reasonable. I did do a VIN history check on the vehicle before buying it (all vehicles at AutoSavvy have branded titles, it’s their whole thing) and the nature of the damage was a minor front-end collision which was admirably repaired by the AutoSavvy team. I personally must advise against purchasing any vehicles with major structural or water damage, so the VIN history check is important. The vehicle was very reasonably priced for the age and mileage, and the 100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty provides me a lot of peace of mind. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing, come here if you’re looking for a use car!

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Overall, the purchasing experience was good. Working with the sales associate (Tyler) and the financing consultant (Daniel) was a pleasant experience. When I drove the car away from the dealership, I was satisfied that I had made a good purchase.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Problem was repaired after parts arrived, but I wasn?t prepared to hear the huge cost of the repair. The technician did a good job, and the service rep Jessica was very helpful.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

They were packed when I got there but still got me in at my exact appointment time and done within 40 minutes, shorter than estimated time.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I worked with Jason on the purchase of a Lexus. I live in another state, so had concerns about buying a car from a distance. All emails were answered quickly and follow up phone conversations were great. I went to Dallas to pick up the car and was not disappointed. I did have it inspected by a third party prior to my arrival. The entire process once we arrived was quick and efficient. I don't think I have ever purchased a car this quickly. This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.
