I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

Phenomenal workers and owners. Bought a truck recently in tip top condition from these folks and was not disappointed. However, after driving the truck for 2 days, a freak disaster due to no fault of their own, happened, causing some of the electrical components in the truck to completely fry and catch on fire and render the truck un-startable. I called the owners of said shop and he gave me his personal number and told me to tow it to his shop immediately, regardless of the time, to have a look at it. I had bought the car as is and did not choose to get extended warranty but Mohamad and his colleagues went out of their way to provide a repair and replacement to the damaged components within the truck completely FREE of charge. Even though he technically did not have to go out his way and had all the right to charge me for the repairs, he stated, “You are my customer and I take care of my customers.” He proceeded to then get his colleagues to prioritize my truck even after they had already closed shop and were able to complete all necessary repairs within 3 hours after telling me it would be ready the next day because he heard that I was in urgent need of the truck for work purposes. I will surely be encouraging my friends and coworkers to consider shopping at this dealership for any future automobile purchases and you should to. These gentlemen are full of integrity and truly care for their fellow human beings. They made me feel as if I have been a friend of theirs for years and in need of urgent care. They are transparent in the way they conduct business and strive to be as fair as anyone could be when negotiating. I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Why? Because when my sales representative, Joseph, introduced himself to me, he told me he was a newby, so i didn't mind the boilerplate questions he's been trained to ask. Then, when introduced to the Sales Manager, Kevin, I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for and needed and he with little wasted time, was able to make a good, fair deal for both of us. I really appreciated that, as I felt my time was valued and they did not waste it. Finance was also very transparent and they got me a very competitive loan from another credit union., All in all, hard to imagine a better experience.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.
