We just purchased our 3rd vehicle and Gemar helped us with all 3. We didn't have to sit in the dealership over an hour, the finance process was simple, and Gemar didn't rush us into a deal. He thoroughly explained our options, checked for understanding, and kept in touch after each purchase. Gemar is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to help. If he can't help, he'll tell you upfront, but will find option for you or someone who can help.
I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.
Mr. Alton Taylor had very good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and tried going over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the financing wouldn’t match up to what I wanted. I still recommend people to him because he goes over and beyond to try and make sure needs are met.

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
