Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. I know this sounds like a review written by the company but I assure you this is a real customer with a real experience.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Thank you Lonnie for helping me with my car purchase, Helped me with an doubts and questions I had before committing to my purchase !!
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

NOVA Autoland LLCReviews
NOVA Autoland LLC review
I had an outstanding experience with Nova Autoland and can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from them and had it shipped all the way to Ohio, and the entire process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen can be stressful, but Nova Autoland made it incredibly smooth and reassuring. The truck arrived even better than it was in the pictures and description. Honestly, I was prepared for at least a few surprises, but instead I was pleasantly shocked by how clean, well-maintained, and solid the Tacoma was. It was exactly as advertised—if not better. A huge part of this great experience was Hooman, the manager. He truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, transparent, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. All of my questions were answered quickly and honestly, and I never felt pressured or rushed. It’s rare these days to deal with someone who is both knowledgeable and truly customer-focused, but Hooman nailed it. The shipping process was also handled smoothly, with good communication along the way. When the truck arrived, it was clear that Nova Autoland takes pride in the vehicles they sell and stands behind them. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with—even if you’re buying from out of state—Nova Autoland is the real deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would confidently recommend them to friends, family, or anyone searching for a quality vehicle. Five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service from Paul H. He communicated promptly and with the right amount of detail, and was on-time and ready for my 2 appointments. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I got a very good price on a very low-mileage 2009 PU. Giving it a 4 overall rating because I've only had the truck a few days..
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
