Chad is courteous and helpful. He applied a coupon to my invoice which was very thoughtful. Another good experience working with Chad.
2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Called Mazda to talk about what was available. John B. answered the phone and talked to us extensively. We drove to the Germain Mazda dealership and spent quite a lot of time getting to know about the CX-5, that checked ALL OUR BOXES for our wants! We were very pleased when we left; and went back the next day to purchase our new CX-5!

2013 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.

Dobbs Hyundai of ColumbusReviews
Dobbs Hyundai of Columbus review
On October 22, 2026, I reached out to Dobbs Hyundai of Columbus inquiring about a white Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy with a brown interior. Sales Professional Brandon Keller responded immediately, marking the beginning of an exceptional car-buying experience. After gathering my specific criteria, Brandon launched a comprehensive search. I requested an out-of-the-door (OTD) price, which he provided promptly and transparently. I was eager to secure Hyundai Finance's 3.9% promotional rate before its November 2 expiration, but my desired color combination was unavailable within a 200-mile radius. Fortunately, Brandon located the exact vehicle in their incoming pipeline, scheduled to arrive on October 31. When I inquired about the invoice pricing to negotiate a competitive rate below MSRP, Brandon did not hesitate to share the numbers and advocate with his manager to secure the best possible deal. He maintained consistent communication and kept me updated when the vehicle's arrival shifted to November 1. As soon as the car landed on the lot, Brandon sent photos to confirm its arrival. We finalized and electronically signed the paperwork that same day, allowing me to lock in the promotional financing rate. The following morning, I drove from Southfield, Michigan, to Columbus, Ohio, to collect the vehicle. Brandon greeted me with excellent, friendly service, handed over the keys, and walked me through a thorough overview of the vehicle's features. I am entirely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Brandon Keller and Dobbs Hyundai of Columbus to anyone looking for a seamless vehicle purchase. Job well done!
2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Dodge Grand caravan 2016 R/T is a unique and safe vehicle. All it needs is care and attention. If you change oil on time and do not allow any fluid to run low your chances of having a long lasting vehicle is truly good. Maintenance is the key.

Jacob Smith, you're the best car dealer ever. You helped my daughter, my sister and me find the perfect vehicle for each of us. We told you the car we wanted and the price we could finance. You listened and delivered everything we asked for. You're our car dealer for life. Thanks for everything.
2017 Jeep Patriot review
CVT trans went out at 90,000 miles. Prior to that I called the dealership and’s was told it was too early to get serviced. Kept driving another 1k. Afterwards the trans went out ! xxxxxx me off. Car still sits in driveway not driven. Solenoid that controls speed is stuck. When you give it gas it slows down. Every auto shop I call says it’s not worth rebuilding trans because you can’t find parts. Dealership says they only swap them out and new trans is $8,700 that’s with labor! 8 week back order for trans. Ridiculous… $8,700 is another car. I gave insight to say this; buyer beware of CVT transmissions. Use your own judgement for service. Get it looked at every 30k miles. Try to buy a car that doesn’t have one. Lesson learned…

Meat a gentleman at Paley Auto Group named Ben Morgan. He picked me up at the bus stop took me to the business. Afterwards he helped out with the paper work. Very nice gentleman. We hit it of right away. He gave me his number and asked if I would text him when I made it home. Three and a half hours later and let him know. He answered right away. This is how you run a business. Treat people like you own kin. Thanks to all at Paley auto group.
2014 Jeep Cherokee review
I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Car Source review
Car Source David Gurevitz Oct 13, 2025 “ This is the 2nd car I bought from Alonzo at Car Source. I found him to be one of the best. As the same as the last time, I told him what I was looking for and a few days later he found it. In the past, I have tried this with numerous other car lots. And needless to say, have never been successful. Alonzo always comes through. He's very professional, but also honest and down to earth. Thank you for being my "go to guy". I appreciate you...
2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2010 MINI Cooper review
I’ve owned my 2010 mini cooper base for 5 years now and let me tell you i am OBSESSED with it. bought the car with a small coolant leak, and fixing that was a little pricey, but other than that i’ve had zero issues with it. super comfortable, no cosmetic issues inside or out, and drives me around! I live in an incredibly small town, so i can go 3 months on one tank of gas.

2012 Subaru Outback review
Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

Ryan was a great salesman. Listened to what I wanted and took me straight to the truck I was looking for. Fair pricing. Overall a great experience! I recommend everybody goes there for a vehicle
2012 RAM 1500 review
My Ram gets great gas mileage it has the 3.6 litre V6. The Chevy and Ford F150 each got around 10mpg and I get over 20mpg. It will not pull as much as a V8 but I never pull anything. Very comfortable, smooth ride and quiet. Better than most new cars. Its crew cab 4WD, really a great truck. Must service transmission every 25k miles if you want it to last. This Ram has 170k and shifts very smooth. I drive it normal not hard and take pride in how good it looks and runs. Ram/Dodge is the one I like best over Ford and Chevy. Chevy has fuel management system shuts off cylinders-no good. Ford F 150 leak when it rains-no good. Ram does it good all around no complaints. If buying used its all about condition. Get you next truck checked out if your not sure, ask for records insist on the car fax.

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin review
Alex, Doug and Rachel did a great job throughout the sale. Really enjoying the Palisade!
2012 Nissan Maxima review
Bought my '12 Max SV (my 3rd one btw) Jan 2013. 1 of 2 left on lot. MSRP 38 G. Pd 28G out the door. Now with 86000 miles. Only tires, oil changes and rear brakes. NO problems at all with a plus on performance. Best car I've ever had and my 1985 and 1993 were great cars too. May end up being the last car I have to buy. Always garaged and above average in and out and Edmunds says it's worth $3700. Hoping would be 5G at least.

2003 BMW Z4 review
I've owned my 2003 3.0i 6sp E85 for almost 9 years. Equipped w/ M Sport option, 18" staggered alloys and painted in a beautiful Toledo Blue. Yes the car has need some maintenance, some worn parts replaced, but nothing too surprising or extraordinary expensive aside from tires. I'm in my 60's and still do most of my own work. Love the ride, the style, 6sp manual transmission, the power, the smoothness of the car in general. Would I recommend this car? Only to those that love a car that YOU want to drive. NO AI frills to distract one. Just a pure driving experience.

Paley Auto Group review
Talked to Jesse Gump at Paley auto group in Columbus. We talked and made a tentative agreement on a car I wanted. I traveled from Pittsburgh to Columbus by bus to see the vehicle. There are things you can’t do over the phone. I crawled under and around the vehicle for a good half hour fourth five minutes. It was just as Jesse told me plus the extra stuff I looked at underneath. Test ride was like riding with your best friend. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car business and very honest about what he didn’t know. I felt comfortable with him. He is a good man not some firecracker salesman. They worked with me at every turn and I drove the vehicle back to Pittsburgh. Thanks you you all at Paley auto group
2000 Chevrolet Blazer review
I own a 2000 ZR2 Blazer 4.3 auto w/auto 4x4. So far, it's been a great rig. Solid. Nice to look at. A bit underpowered, but fine for me. Mine has 119k original miles and has been very well cared for. Gas mileage isn't great compared to newer rigs, but fine for me as I don't put a ton of miles on. It's very comfortable in the front and rear. The original Bose stereo system is surprisingly loud and clear with all the factory speakers still working fine. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable, solid rig, you can't beat it!
