From the moment my wife and I arrived at Iaasacs we felt at ease and not pressured. I felt like I was buying from a family member. Both Steve and Ian are a class act and I will always recommend them and I’ll buy from them again. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it’s worth it folks. Too bad other deLers can’t be like this, good for Iaasacs though
I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
I bought a new Nissan Rogue from Coyle. My sales rep, Larry Wise, was professional and wasn't pushy at all! The manager and other staff members were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Coyle for purchasing a Nissan.
We went to Coyle to look at one specific car, a used 2015 Sentra. The salesman, Jim, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. The sales manager (I apologize I forgot his name) was very accommodating. It was cold and raining and they pulled the car in the service Bay for us to look at closer....even got towels to wipe it dry. We worked together on a price that was fair for both of us. It was a great buying experience. I will be buying another car from them when my next daughter is ready!
Purchased a lightly used Hyundai from Coyle Nissan. Painless, pressure free buying experience. The car was as advertised online, no nasty surprises. Great price, well under market value. Sales associate Jon C. was very professional and friendly; same for the F&I guy. who soft-sold the GAP and warranty, none of that pushy, tricky crap some dealers engage in. Really the most seamless, easy experience I have had with a dealer purchase. Highly recommended. Gave one less star for facilities since they are operating out of a temporary facility, but it was clean and the A/C cold so that's plenty for me, I don't need a free latte or some silly stuff like a Lexus dealer would do.
Also giving high marks for their service department, my mother has her Nissan serviced here and the service staff is professional, competent, and never tries to rip her off by selling unneeded services like a lot of "stealerships". All around a good place to deal with.
My wife and I have been shopping for a while. The car we purchased was priced competitively with 1 to 2 year older cars. The salesman was helpful, friendly, not pushy. I feel comfortable with recommending him to friends and family. The location was not the best, but I'm not that familiar with that area anyway. The building is less than desirable, but it is temporary, it was clean, and I'm not planning on moving in.
Just purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Love my new vehicle. I was anxious about buying a new car because I can't stand haggling and games that are usually played when doing so. Did not experience any of my fears. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been nicer (sales manager, finance manager and salesman). My salesman was Tom Gavin and he answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect choice. I received a very fair deal. My last car was a Versa, so I am also familiar with the service dept. Mike Benson is my service advisor. He gives consistent service and advice when it is needed. I never have any problems with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work!! Will be nice when the permanent location for the dealership is in place.

This place does not value customers, only sees dollar signs. The lack of concern for the problem I was having was appalling. Alex “a manager” felt it was necessary to tell me several times that they sell 160 cars a month. When I told him I couldn’t drive my car because my temp tag was expired he told me to drive it anyway. He blamed the fact that I hadn’t received my paperwork to take to the license branch on “it must have gotten lost in the shuffle”. He was more concerned about getting the point across to me that no cop would write me a ticket for an expired temp tag. Maybe not but a car is not legal to be on the road if it’s not properly registered and insured. I understand that my purchase of a used vehicle is not keeping the doors open but he could have pretended like he cared. Don’t waste your money here!
I got my car with J.W. Very laid back and patient guy. I went in looking for a used car, but ended up with a brand new one I’m in love with. I would recommend this dealership to anybody they made things very easy and were able to work with me.
Great customer service! Clint, the salesperson, was very fair negotiating over price and trade-in. He was pkeasant and I never felt pressured. Even got a better loan rate! I love the car...although it's used (2016), it's in excellent condition and is a make/model with a hard to find 2nd row bench seat. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car, go see them!

The staff at Craig and Landreth were incredible to us and we would like to thank them for the personal service we enjoyed, Big smiles when we left the dealership with our 2005 BMW 325I, thanks especially to Paul Francis and owner Jimmy for there personal service, we will indeed buy all of our vehicles from there in the future!
I cannot say how impressed I was with all of my dealings with Bob Poynter GM. Gray Nelson answered all of my questions and made a deal work quick and efficiently. I rented a car and drove 7.5 hours one way to pick up my new vehicle. No surprises, just an honest and efficient buying experience. Hats off to Gray on being awesome to deal with.
