Now I want to start off by saying I was very reluctant to purchase a car from a used car dealer, because of all the war stories I have heard in the past. But I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Premier. I went there with the intention on just looking at a car that I saw on their website, and normally when you walk on a used car lot there are multiple salesman coming from all angle’s like it’s some kind of feeding frenzy. But not here, only one person came up to me asked if I needed any help and when I said no I was just looking he smiled and left me to inspect the car on my own, which was a shock to me. And once I was done I asked him to come back and he answered all my questions about the finance process quickly and honestly. Now I have bad credit and normally I get treated like nothing because of that but that didn’t change anything with them. In fact they brought me in the office and walked me through the process like I had an 850 credit score. The finance manager worked really hard to get me a loan and I know he did because like I said my credit is BAD. I couldn’t even get a toys r us credit card and they got me a BMW. I didn’t go in to purchase the car that day but the service was so good that I made the deal right then and there. Oh and did I forget to mention there was NO HIDDEN FEES!! Now that’s amazing especially now a days. But all in all I had a great experience at Premier automotive and I can’t wait until I have to get a new car

a lot of interior room and hauling space!
by mary l from Lakewood, OH

ease of entering the vehicle and its interior roominess were two selling points for me - plus, with the rear seats down, there's a lot of hauling space as i've already mentioned - it's been uber reliable for over two years and it suits my needs and personality
I generally do not like car dealerships. They usually try to use gimmicky sales tactics that are easy to see through (checking with the finance manager on the price). This was a completely different experience. I was picked up at the airport (I drove 500+ miles to get the car from them) by JAY who was nothing but nice, pleasant and a joy to talk to. The salesman RICK that I spoke to over the phone was professional, dressed well, nice in a very genuine way along with Rob. From the time I was picked up at the airport, I was on the road with me new car in less than a hour. They had all the paperwork ready to go, gas in the tank and the car detailed perfectly. On top of that, they were over $3,000 cheaper than my local dealer. If you want a great car for a very good price and be treated well and appreciated for bringing your business to a dealer go here!

Great commute vehicle

Purchased vehicle specifically for a 30 mile commute. Best traffic vehicle I have ever driven. Responsive and quick. Maneuverability is excellent and necessary considering that NO ONE in traffic pays attention to the road any more. Most people are on their cell phones. Observe for yourself, if you are not too busy being the person causing problems in traffic because you are on your phone instead of paying attention to the ROAD.
We bought a black Veloster from Preferred in July, and talked about how much of their business is parents buying for their children's first car. They said they are always careful about that and just wanted to say thanks. My 16 year old was hit almost head on in her Veloster by a Civic, and although her car was totaled, she walked away. Car kept her safe.

I like everything about it except that it doesn't have the little storage compartments overhead that my 2009 Scion xB had.
Dave made the experience a very pleasing one. No pressure, very good knowledgeable and very professional . Would go back with no hesitation. All the cars on the lot seemed to be good quality and priced well.

Roomy vehicle that's dependable

My car has over 200,000 miles and is a stick shift. I do regular oil changes with synthetic oil at 5,000 miles. So far, in total lifetime repairs (I've owned it since 12,500 miles) I have spent about $1800 for major repairs (a bearing and something i can't remember in the engine). I would buy this car again.
Unfortunately the car we were interested in had already sold. However, they have been great about sending information regarding cars that are similar and trying to assist us in our search.

152k miles, no major repairs. Since I have a lead foot that's pretty amazing. After 10 years I still enjoy driving it. One of the few cars I'd buy again.
Ed and Ryan were great to work with. Both very helpful and knowledgeable. All request we're handled professionally and timely. My buying experience was quality and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. My Wrangler is awesome. Great shop puts the icing on the cake.

Pickup guy turned xb dude. Getting on the highway? No problem. Roomy? Surprisingly! Handles like a go cart in the best sense. Your town approving ridiculously tight parking lots at box store campuses? A snap! Ranch roads? Please. (Mine isn't lowered like my kid's) All my friends could not believe I bought one! If I bought one, you should give it a shot! Lastly, it don't kill my back like all other cars seem to. 4 hour trip to S.F. Let's go!
Vehicle available to be shipped to your home. Contact

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I have driven or owned many different cars in my 87 years . My dad owned lots of cars from a 36 chevy 4 dr sedan to Crosley (probably the first small car in the U.S.) not to mention various pickup trucks! My first car was a '53 MG TD, my emotional favorite. Then I bought a Volkswagon bug which I loved for it's dependability and mileage. Then I got a rear engine Chevrolet Corvair, dangerous.... but I survived.
Drove an Mustang convertible as a company car. Bought an Oldsmobile sedan traded it in for another VW bug and in time got a Honda wagon followed by a chevy step van, a Toyota van, then a Mercury van and finally the Scion Xb
Just turned 18 leaving for Eastern Ky University in August, So i needed a new car Kevin Lowe made it easy ,did not push me on any car! Told me the Scion Tc was my best bet ,Mileage was a great ,price was lower than anyone else by almost $2000 (Great Atmosphere) needless to say i LOVE my new car! if your looking for a good car and a good sales guy go see Kevin Lowe!!
