The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
I replied to an add I read online about a car and the rep was quick to respond and knowledgeable. When I took a test drive he was eager and willing to answer my questions. I appreciated how straightforward he was during the process and didn???t try to ???sell??? me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!
