2018 Cadillac XTS review
I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

2020 Honda Accord review
Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid review
Purchased this Fusion from a guy that won it in Fords 47 mpg picture contest. It has been the most Reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It had maybe 30 miles on it when I purchased in Jan 2013 and now has 154000 miles as of 8/2023. Still has original 12 v battery. Lifetime average mpg has been about 43 mpg. On my 3rd set of tires and only did rear brakes and rear camera replacement.

2015 Toyota Camry review
I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

2021 Toyota Camry review
I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. 2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. What really makes this car special is the factory lighting package — illuminated Altima plates, ground lighting when the doors open, color-change floor lighting, and illuminated cup holders. 2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 6 review
My Ioniq 6 is the base SE model with front wheel drive only. This model has all the bells and whistles you need and the more expensive models have a number of cosmetic additions. Stylishly this car is a major improvement over earlier Hyundai models. There is some disagreement over the rear spoiler. Personally, I like the light show in the spoiler although I seldom see it since I'm driving. The seams on the car are a good tight fit with the possible exception of the front hood. The front trunk, or "funk," is useless which is a little hard to explain. If you look under it you notice a fairly empty space with a lot of wires. Reports are that the back trunk is small but I think the problem is its height and not depth. This is a slightly larger car than the Prius. The back seat has an impressive amount of room and if you lay down those seats you have quite a lot of trunk space but no back seat passengers. Performance is very good. In fact, the acceleration is astounding laying to rest the myth that EVs take a lot of time to accelerate. The electric motor apparently provides the same amount of torque at any speed unlike a gas engine. The amount of regenerative breaking is adjustable from the paddles on the steering wheel. I keep it at the highest setting and the car will break slightly when you take your foot off the accelerator. This takes some getting used to if you use this setting. Also, the car will keep moving slowly so you eventually have to break. At times the wheel seems to have a mind of its own. On a bumpy road with many turns the wheel seems to want to go where I don't. This brings me to an interesting feature. On cruise control with the lane keep assist and that line showing between the lanes on the monitor (see owners manual) the car us essentially self-driving as long as it can read the lane lines, You can take your hands off the steering wheel but if you do the car will reprimand you tell you to hold the wheel. The steering wheel is large and blocks the information on the lower part of the monitor. The blind spot monitor is very good and it will warn you on the exterior mirrors and the monitor in front of you. If a collision is possible the wheel will vibrate. The radar seems more sensitive than my other car so you get warning even when you still have plenty of room. The GPS has a lot of information, but I found it off by miles on certain sites. This car is very quiet. Much quieter than my plug-in hybrid. There is a slight whirring noise on acceleration and deceleration. When I drive near a pedestrian they seem surprised that a car is near them so be careful. I charged the car on a level 2 charger from 10% to 100% in 7 hours which I consider to be very good. The range is about 280 miles depending on temperature and type of driving. The car will notify you when the charge is down to 20% and it will tell you where the charge stations are. I would like to have a rear window wiper but this seems to have been eliminated on most cars. The rear defrost has done a good job of clearing this window so far. Visibility all around is very good. I would like it if the radio and past trip presets had a larger number visible. My other car goes up to 100. I'm not technically savvy and it will take me time to learn how to use all the features on this car. The owner's manual is large. One thing which may or may not be an issue is that I had difficulty turning the car off once. It appears that if you leave your foot on the break when turning it off the car may be getting a mixed signal to start and stop. Placing it in park first and taking your foot off the break seems to solve this. Finally, I notice in reviews on this site that the major negative response is that people think this car is expensive for what you get. I would expect to pay in the high $40,000 for an EV loaded with these features. I paid less than $10,000 under that.

2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid review
I have owned the 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid for 10 years and it is extremely reliable. I have 120k miles on the car. No major problems outside of replacing the front and rear brakes. The most I do is change the oil and filters as needed. I recently drove 550 miles on one gas tank in the winter! The worst thing about the car is the suspension. It does not have a cushy, soft ride over bumps. I spent money replacing the suspension with the 2016 Avalon Hybrid suspension to soften the ride, somewhat. It could be better. Also it cannot do tight turns and sometimes feels boaty around turns. But these are minor problems because I never have to take it to the shop for anything besides maintenance.

2022 Kia K5 review
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

2019 Nissan Maxima review

2015 Chrysler 200 review
PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! 2018 Lexus GS 350 review
This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.
