I had a great experience this past week. My Toyota Seinna had tire pressure alarm and I brought it to the dealership with no appointment on a Saturday and they got me taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I would like to single out Mr. Tony Laudenslager for his expertise and assistance. the overall experience was outstanding.

I had a wonderful experience at the service department. My service advisor, Mr. Milton Hope, welcomed me with a big smile and a firm handshake and immediately asked how he could help me. After I explained the service needed for my vehicle, Mr. Hope was extremely helpful and informative, taking the time to explain everything about the service process. He made sure I understood what was being done and answered all of my questions. My entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. I am very pleased with the way I was treated as a customer and with the quality of service performed on my vehicle. Mr. Milton Hope is definitely an asset to the DEI Service Department, and his professionalism and customer-focused attitude made a lasting impression. Thank you for the excellent service!

Proctor HondaReviews
Proctor Honda review
First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. I reached out anyway, and JR was responsive, and quick to find exactly what I wanted. He emailed me an accurate price quote within just a few minutes of our call. JR kept be apprised of the estimated date of arrival, and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. A++. Thank you JR!

I have purchased Focus, and that was almost 2 and half year ago. I paid probably more than what I would pay from owner. but let me tell you. those guys specially Todd keep their promises, they told me they will remove the last payment from my balance 220$ but they actually removed 500$. I guess I was up to date with my payment and they decided to give me my title sooner. I drove this car from Tallahassee to Texas, then to Iowa. then Florida then to Iowa. dude it's 2002 old car and still works fine :) . I would differently recommend having business with them.

Stuart was recommended by a friend. He was a pleasure to work with. This is the first Honda I've owned and, so far, I'm very pleased.

I worked with my service advisor, Chuck Gay, and my car was serviced as requested. While I don’t know the other advisors I trust Chuck’s guidance and advice. He has always been honest about services that were needed. I will continue to take my vehicle to Peter Boulware Toyota.

I took our Toyota 4Runner to the Toyota dealership for routine maintenance and my service advisor, Mr. Mike Bryan, provide us with outstanding customer service. Mr. Bryan is extremely efficient; knowledgeable; and is very thorough explaining any issues with our vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Bryan on vehicle maintenance issues. Thank you! I have been going to Zach for many years from the time we began buying Hondas. He is wonderful service advisor who explains everything clearly and whose integrity is absolutely fantastic. He has even told us when we do not need service although my wife and I are "nervous Nellies" about all things mechanical. He is a delightful fellow. Accolades!
