Ford of LathamReviews
Ford of Latham review
My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! I am very happy and pleased with the new vehicle! The entire staff we dealt with were helpful, courteous and very accommodating! James, Anthony, Alex and Felix were all very helpful and kind! Thank you again to Ford of Latham for all your help and expertise! Elaine & Jeff Hall

The dealership was great, no doubt about it. My salesman, Craig Picca was the best salesman I have dealt with. Why? HE LISTENED!! Craig answered all my questions, patiently and never made me feel like I didn't know anything. He knows his products, suggests what is based on listening to what I asked and/or said. He was very helpful based on what I asked, said and wanted. This was great for me. He explained the cars features and again was so patient with me. Thanks Craig. See you in three years!

I called the dealership and asked if i could bring my truck in the next day for a LOF and tire rotation service. They were more than happy to accommodate me. Brought the truck in, they kept me aware of when my truck would be finished, and had a comfortable waiting lounge. The work was reasonably priced and they even washed my truck. Nice touch!

Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.
