I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

Love this car! I have 81000 miles on it,the only thing I’ve done is brake job and this the 3rd set of new tires. I’m going to be getting a new Toyota soon and using this for a trade in.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! I bought it new has 75k mil but the elec damper start making noise I think made very bad poor way and very hard to change They should make recall for the elec damper

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Horn on this car needs to be recalled they know it but will not do anything about it it is a every dependable car love it

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I was very happy with my experience of buying my Toyota Prius. Bruno, the manager was Great. I came he made the car ready for me and gave me the key and told to take as much time as I want to test the car. I tested and checked it inside and out. I came back and told him that everything was great except that I felt a couple of rotors and brake pads might have been worn out. He said he will take of that. When I came next time to check the car, they installed 4 new rotors and pad, new tires and new battery. Cannot recommend enough this great business. Thanks, Bruno and keep doing what you are doing.
