Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bedford review
I came in for a oil change, tire rotation, and for recall repair. Very fast and friendly. It was my first time servicing my Grand Cherokee. Overall very pleased.
2018 Mitsubishi Mirage review
The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable. And fun to drive

PHD AUTO GROUPReviews
PHD AUTO GROUP review
Highly motivated sales crew. Went the extra mile to get me into a car I was interested in. Took a test drive. Found an issue. Went back. Car went straight into their shop. Turned out a wire had come loose (the car had been on their lot for several weeks; hard to say what happened), but they fixed it. Took another test drive. Everything was good. The next day I closed the deal. In fact, they had sold me a car by the time a big-time Pittsburgh dealer emailed me to say the car I was interested in through them wasn't available. Got the car home, had a local shop put it up on a rack because of a strange noise. Underneath, the car was *extremely clean*. My guess was two new tires, but it looked like this dealer had put new brakes on both axles as well. The strange noise -- a dust shield had gotten bent somehow, and was rubbing. Overall, the car I bought was how they described it on this site. Pleasant to deal with. These folks really want to sell you a car! I would purchase from them again.
2015 Chevrolet Trax review
The Trax has been a great vehicle for us. We've used it as our band car, taking our music equipment to and from our gigs. rear seats go down leaving plenty of room in the back for hauling our stuff. When up the rear seats are comfy and surpringly roomy. We've been getting around 38 - 39 mpg and the Trax is very zippy and anmeuverable. To sum up, a fun, reliable vehicle that does it all...

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Serpentini Chevrolet - Strongsville review
Serpintini Chevy in Strongsville has always been top notch. However now they are all superstars and super friendly! My salesman David went far beyond my expectations!! He searched for the perfect car!! It wasn't what I was necessarily looking for but it turned out to be exactly what I needed!! GREAT TEAM EFFORT!! And everyone was so awesome about my 200 pound Bullmastiff!!!
2010 Kia Forte review
Bought a used 2010 Kia Forte with about 80k miles back in 2017. This was my first car and boy was it reliable. It was pretty good on gas and it was no sports car, but it had just enough power to get up and go on the highway. It did have an unusual ticking noise coming from the engine since the day I purchased it but it still ran normal. We made it through some extreme winters and summers and it never left me stranded. I owned the car for almost 7 years and never had any major issues up until recently. I was able to make it to about 198k miles before the engine crapped out. Overall, I loved this little car and would recommend it to any first time drivers.

Iannelli AutocarsReviews
Iannelli Autocars review
Have an older Mercedes that was in need of serious and expensive maintenance according to the dealer. Was informed that serious electrical and engine issues could develop if not immediately addressed. Needed a second opinion and good friends recommended Iannnelli. Best decision. Rob kept me informed every step of the way and was most up front that there may be undiscovered and hidden concerns (which there were) and gave me the honest opinion about severity and need to address. This is a great operation and I am most impressed with the customer service and their integrity.Cant wait to buy a new car and will definitely go back. Awesome.
2012 Volkswagen Passat review
OV was outstanding. We arrived at the dealership and OV met us outside and introduced himself with no pressure. We explained what we were looking for and he accommodated us immediately. He worked with us and our price. He actually gave us a better deal than what we expected. We were in and out the door with the paperwork and car in less than an hour. I would definitely shop for another vehicle at this dealership.

I haven't had my car for more than a day but my whole experience so far has been good women who sold me the car has good customer service and I would recommend to others
1999 Dodge Durango review
It's got great acceleration, great seating room with 7 seats, it has a huge market of aftermarket parts and upgrades like LED Headlights and Headlight assemblies, it gets about 16 MPG combined 20 Highway and at worst 13-14 City (try not to let it idle), it's the MOST reliable Vehicle my Family has owned and the EASIEST to work on (Thank God), it runs like a dream at 270,000 miles! We've had it for almost 8 years now and it's part of the Family for sure!

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I bought mine ( 04 overland) w/ 250k miles on it, in great condition. Owner had carfax for both his big diesel pusher and matching Jeep - it was towed the majority of its travels. It’s record of maintenance matched by almost half of motor homes service records. it has never had a single issue other than standard maintenance- I jokingly said ‘I’d drive it till it dies”. And. It looks like I’ll be doing just that- I think about it’s not so good ‘gas Guzzling’. But it’s a second vehicle, fits my grandkids, tows most of our toys and is comfortable and sure beats being stuck with 💰

Car Connection of Bedford review
I purchased a 2016 Range Rover from these guys sight unseen, and from day one the entire staff lead by Natalie and Craig were very honest and professional, which is a rare thing these days. They were very genuine and accommodating throughout the entire process. They are truly good people who understand, that it's not just about selling the car, but building lasting relationships, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle. Their customer service is second to none, and their service department follow their lead in striving for excellence. Superb Job Guys!

2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I really appreciate when people take care of you like that, especially after the sale. Much respect to Manny for helping me out!

2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.
