My family and I have purchased 9 cars from Four Guys Auto. They have always sold us good quality cars. But, above that they have always been honest and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond the listed warranty. When purchasing a vehicle, they have always been straight forward about the pros and cons of the vehicle. If they vehicle was expensive to work on, they would tell us. If the vehicle got bad gas mileage, they would tell us. If there was anything wrong the vehicle, they would tell us. Over the years, they have become family. I think that's because they never once tried to "sell" us a car. They are simply good at what they do, and have a passion for what they do. Places like Four Guys Auto are hard to find. Support a local, family owned business.

Had car since 2015 and im guy washes wax every day. Got car at 100,00ish ive put 85,000 on it myself Heres what been done since owned ball joints 3 sets made cheaply... Exhaust work 2 times from rot . 1 ignition coil replaced High pressure power steering Line pipe replaced lasted about 170000 ish.. lower ball joints 2 times. brakes all around 3 times . at 185,000 and all 4 shocks have to be replaced timing belt at 160,000 replaced. 1 starter replaced Over all just regular stuff that wears out. Cant complain cars real easy to work on your self..all belts replaced twice. Never made me walk home So overall Cheap running Good in snow also never get stuck no matter what i try. Water pump and alternator water pump never been touched still work as intended

I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. I bought my '04 Saturn Ion brand new. It only had 2 miles on it when I drove it out of the showroom. It hit 430k 2 yrs. ago. I was hoping to get at least 500k out of it, but alas, my subframe is rusted. But that's due to winters in the Midwest. I never had any engine issues and the factory battery lasted 7 yrs. before it needed to be replaced. It never burned any oil and I religiously changed the oil every 3,000 miles. My baby got me safely home in the worst weather. Very low maintenance, great gas mileage. Oh! And the dashboard design! I loved not having the steering wheel in the way to check my gauges/speedometer. Just a quick glance with my eyes was all that was needed; didn't even have to turn my head. Everyone gave me sh** for having a little plastic car. (My daughter always said that I could whip Cheerios, not doughnuts!) But they all shut up when they saw how good a car it was. For being a little car, it still had plenty of room. I smoked a deer w/ my car 20 miles from home and even though it totally effed up my hood and headlights, but it Never. Stopped. Running. My husband thought I was gonna junk it. I looked at him and laughed. He underestimated the love I have for that car. It was well worth fixing it and I drove it for another 4 years. I wish with all my heart that they would bring them back and make them as good as they did.

EVERYONE was friendly at Thys Auto. We would go there again just for that reason. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. Small towns are awesome.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

We bought our 2012 VW Passat brand new and now it only has 80,000 miles on it. It has only needed tires, battery, and regular maintenance. Equipped with the five-cylinder engine it could use more power but has not used a drop of oil since we have owned it.

Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My son is very satisfied with my purchase and says it runs great with just oil changes! Before I stopped at Rossco I went to three other dealers. I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Few years ago bought a 1998 saturn from them when i needed a work car. haggled a little on the price. Within 20 minutes I was out of there with a good work car. I honestly didnt expect much from the car but it lasted me a full year before it had major mechanical failure... Just thought I would add some positive feedback on deal.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

If I could give them a higher rating I would. We’re not pushy to sell like most dealers are. Made my experience even better than the last. The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.
