I was interested in buying a used BMW X5 PHEV, with a specific list of features. I searched the websites, Southern CA & Northern CA. Found a potential vehicle at BMW of Mountain View. For me going to BMW of Mountain View was about a 140 mile RT, so I wanted to be confident that the vehicle was as advertised and the vehicle was being offered at a competitive price. Harvey, my BMW of Mountain View salesman, promptly provided to me the information I needed to commit to pursue a deal, and he agreed to hold the car until I had a chance to get to their showroom. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.
2016 Mazda CX-9 review
Car i test drove was great but don't bother looking at vehicles from hamstead pre-owned in hamstead md . They post a great price, then wouldn't discuss numbers on the phone. Show up 2nd time ,drive car and sit down to buy and add not only price +tax but 800 process fee, 600 freight, and something called HPO fee of 1800 dollars all on a used car. Total xxxxxxxx scam tactic to get u in there , waste ur time. Just to reveal real price is thousands more. Avoid at all cost, i did not purchase

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

After shopping for a new BMW for about a month and not getting straight offers from several dealers close to our home, we decided to call BMW of Mountain View. We were looking for a specific car, a metallic silver iX 60 with black interior and a heads up display. We located one at BMW of Mountain View which is about 100 miles from our home. One dealer close to us even told us that the car being advertised "wasn't available any longer." One phone call to Cesar Guzman Barona at BMW of Mountain View and about 5 minutes of negotiating later and we were in our car to go buy the "non available" car from Cesar at BMW of Mountain View! Cesar was extremely kind and helpful, as was Nick in finance. In the end, they both helped us negotiate a much better deal than any of the dealers closer to our home. We ended up with exactly the car we wanted, with a lot more "extras" than we dreamed of, for a much better overall price. The negotiations were fair, straight forward and quick. We easily reached a deal and a short time later, we had to make the "long trek home" in brand new BMW (twist my arm)! The whole process was great and we are loving the car. Post sales, Cesar has been in touch with me several times by email and by phone. He has answered questions and has offered his assistance any time going forward to help us learn about all of the features on our new car. We couldn't be more pleased with his consistent follow-up and help. The car itself is a dream. It's super quick, nimble and just plain fun to drive. It is also whisper quiet, so you can really enjoy the company, the music and the drive. We are also loving all of the features from the auto-drive, auto park capabilities to the sound system and everything inbetween. We expect to enjoy the car for many years. We can't say enough good things about Cesar at BMW of Mountain View and we highly recommend him if you're looking to treat yourself to a great new car!

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.
