I chose melkonian's north reading subaru for the following reasons: the attitude of all the employees was excellent. I traded in a 2019 outback with 6900 miles and received $24000 for the trade in. granite subaru offered $22000 and milford subaru offered $21000. North reading should be first on your list if you are looking to purchase a subaru vehicle. there is absolutely no pressure at all to make a purchase at Melkonian's. also there are no hidden fees secretly added into the paperwork. I dealt with david laurie and isabel nelson who provided a very pleasant and seamless purchase experience.

What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. 2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.
