My outback was rear ended. The personnel at Colonial recommended an excellent paint and body man. The Colonial service department did a superb job of calibrating the sensors that needed replacement. They also replaced my battery under warranty. Colonial has only one speed; consistent excellence. They are the best dealership.

Premier Subaru of Middlebury review
We had the best car-buying experience at Premier Subaru of Middlebury! I found a used Ascent online and was very interested in purchasing it. We decided to walk in and take a test drive. The entire vibe was not a typical car dealership vibe but friendly and informational! We were out of there in less than an hour! We picked up the car on Friday, and we love it!

Jordan was so helpful. He helped me choose a car with no pressure. Took very great care of me and my Son. Big bonus. Amy handled the all the paperwork so I understood it all. I would definitely recommend that any one from anywhere choose Ruges. It was very worth my drive from Long Island. I would drive back for all maintenance . Thanks to you all I am very Happy. See you next time I am in the area.

Quality SubaruReviews
Quality Subaru review
I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

Schaller Subaru review
In 2015 we negotiated a new outback purchase and trade in completely by phone, sight unseen. agreement turned out to be EXACTLY what was promised, no bait and switch. We have since taken a trip from Long Island 4 times in past 6 years to upgrade to a new vehicle. It is actually a pleasurable experience to purchase a car from Schaller.

My husband and I were very pleased with the professional and courteous service at Quality Subaru. All our questions were answered and our salesman was very patient and spent a lot of time with us. He was very welcoming in having us call or come in for any further questions about the car 's features. This is our second purchase with Quality Subaru and we have only good things to say about the professional way in which we were treated. Chris in finance was very courteous and respectful of our wishes! Gloria and Bob

Customer Service at Subaru is the best..Art Azzarito in Service listened to what was going wrong with my car today, and corrected it.. I appreciate the kindness always, when I talk to you. Corey Henderson, the General Manager, always takes care of his clients, and also amazing to talk to. Kudos to you both for always listening, caring and taking care of business. You both make the difference, 100, that I appreciate so much. TY, 2u both..

Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. I plan on going back and working with Ed on a personal vehicle.
