Great dealership!! Trustworthy, loyal and fair! I bought a clean, used, low mileage car. All my questions were addressed promptly and I never felt pressured. In fact, I received a call directly from the salesman and manager to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. A patient and kind team! Ask for Mike!

I purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) Subaru from Ed Troike at Brilliance Subaru. Ed is very professional and patient, He took the time to explain the CPO warranty, arranged for me to take a thirty-minute test, and there was never any "sales" pressure.

Napleton's Schaumburg SubaruReviews
Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru review
The process to buy a new vehicle at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru was a positive one and I would buy from them again in the future. David and Joshua were great to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Everything from the test drive to the final signature was quick and efficient. I went in the spur of the moment without making an appointment, and there was no issue with me requesting the test drive. The vehicle that was advertised on their website was there, no games. It’s also worth noting I had an appointment to drive a vehicle at another manufacturer later, and cancelled that because I found the vehicle for me at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru and was happy to give them my business.

My experience purchasing my new Subaru was fantastic. My sales person Anastasia was amazing. She was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my first new car purchase. Her knowledge not only about the car but her ability to speak English, Russian and Ukrainian was very valuable to me as English is not my first language. I would recommend her and your dealership to any of my friends and family who would be interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the future. Thank you for making my first purchase so comfortable.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Napleton's Subaru in Paletine, Illinois. The salesperson Bart Wajtyla was very professional and courteous. He explained features in the vehicle well during the test drive. He even gave me a bottle of water while he was completing the transaction of selling me a vehicle. His manager and he compromised with me very well until the vehicle was purchased.

Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.

Brilliance Subaru review
This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

Mario Nowik was very informative and on point while helping us navigate our purchase of a certified, pre-owned Subaru Outback. This vehicle was in pristine shape and felt like new. It was nice getting to know him and this dealership.

The Autobarn Countryside SubaruReviews
The Autobarn Countryside Subaru review
I recently purchased my new 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Autobarn Subaru Countryside, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! The price was incredibly affordable, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I drove home happy. Even though I arrived close to closing time, around 7 PM, my salesperson was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was completed that same evening without rushing the process. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were truly second to none. The dealership itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and very welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience, and I would absolutely do business with them again. Highly recommended!
