I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

They honored a coupon for my current vehicle even though the coupon was recently received for an 18 year vehicle Pilot I no longer have.

This is a great vehicle! I find it comfortable, well designed, and loaded with safety features that would cost far more in other makes of vehicle. The mileage is great, and I enjoy the stereo upgrade that came with my vehicle. The winter hasn’t proven to be a challenge-this vehicle does great even on unplowed roads. Couldn’t be happier with my Crosstrek, and I came to Subaru after owning three Ford Escapes that I really liked. I didn’t like the new body design of the Ford Escape, and decided to check out the Subaru. Glad I did!!

After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. I bought the 2024 Tiguan and she took the time to show me the features of the car and even set some things up while I was finishing my paperwork with Harrison Faecher, who made sure I understood all of the numbers before signing. I'm used to driving a Sedan, and the Crosstrek is just as if not more comfortable. Gas mileage is great leather seats are comfortable. Driven 150 miles and only used 1/4 of a tank !!!

We've owned several Outbacks but wanted something smaller - the Crosstrek was a perfect fit. We love the solid feel and the zippier (compared to our old Outback) pickup. Inside the car feels roomy, but the trunk is a little small. So far, loving it!

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. The car is spacious. Plenty of leg room. The controls are easy to understand and very visible. It has plenty of bells and whistles to play with. I should have owned one before.
