I brought my car to Clay Subaru after hitting the curb and I knew there was major damage I did not have appointment but they took me in and I told them I would need to rent a loaner but they gave me a loaner at no cost,they look at the car the next day I was right major damage and ask me if I want to file through insurance and I did after all the insurance they repair it in now time through all that time My service advisor Griselle was great keep me informed all the time. That why I always bring it to them all the time I do not bring anywhere else even my other Subaru Legacy too.

Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. It was a very seamless experience. They were very communicative and engaging. I received a video from the mechanic master (I think it?s the title) letting me know the things he recommends working on.
