Van Bortel Subaru of VictorReviews
Van Bortel Subaru of Victor review
Van Bortel has a customer centric reputation that is richly deserved. Because of supply chain issues new cars were generally in short supply in 2022. I ordered my Subaru Outback on 1/20/22 and was HOPING for delivery by early April. Due to various issues ranging from Japan to the U.S. assembly facility in Indiana this district not happen. Van Bortel worked with me every step of the way with updated timelines, timely changes, and even generous pricing allowances to help to ease my ?pain.? They never once ignored or denied my requests. I finally took possession of my new Outback on 5/20 and EVERYTHING went like clock work. I could NOT be happier with my new my new Subaru or with Van Bortel Subaru. They are the BEST!!

Excellent experience in selling my vehicle to Hoselton and in working with Gwen in sales and acquisitions. The offer was very fair, the process was simple and efficient exactly as I was told it would be. I brought the vehicle in, signed over the title and 15 minutes later had a check in hand.

West Herr Subaru of Rochester review
Recently, my brand new Subaru developed some problems. Although we had to wait lengthy times for parts, the service department, especially NICK and Sean went out of their way to maintain excellent communication and focus on the repairs. Not only were the immediate issues corrected, they addressed our long-term concerns with the help of. Subaru customer advocacy. Overall, we were very satisfied with their efforts to affect these repairs. Well done.
2025 Subaru Forester review
My Forester is roomy enough for me and several passengers, yet small enough to park easily. It’s reliable, responsive, and I get 35 mpg. The safety features are excellent.

2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

We recently bought a Subaru Cross trek through Garber. Our Product Specialist was easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy. After the deal, Cleason was helpful in teaching us about our new car and answering our many questions. Overall, it was a very good experience.
2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

West Herr Subaru review
Good service and waited in reception area which was pleasant. The timeline they estimated to get work done was right on. Nice customer service group.

Friendly Ford of Geneva review
Ely from Friendly Ford Geneva changed my oil and filter today on my Ford pickup truck at my personal residence. He was very understanding, thoughtful, and courteous on completing all requested tasks. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. It saved a great deal of time having it completed at my household with medical issues going on in our family. A big thumbs 👍 up and thank you.
2025 Subaru Forester review
I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.
