Mastria SubaruReviews
Mastria Subaru review
From the minute I walked into the building, I received positive attention and experienced extremely friendly people. My sales rep, Charles, was accommodating and thoroughly prepared for any of my questions or inquiries. I was initially introduced to Stacey (with whom I spoke on the phone) and Alex (manager). Everyone was so nice!! It’s a big deal to buy a new vehicle, and it could be very stressful—not at Mastria Subaru!! The gentleman that worked with me to finish forms, etc…(nicknamed H) was so professional and friendly. We hung out for almost an hour getting to know one another. There is a very tight team there and I will strongly recommend anyone to go there for any auto needs. I have a new mini AND new friends!

Bethany was so helpful. I wanted new blades for my windows. She sad the front was 60 dollars. I said ok. When she came back with my billi notice that the blades were not on the bill. She said oh yeah they were coveted by the warranty! No charge. I paid took the free car wash and on my way. Today it rained. New wipers. I just keep saying thank you Bethann oh the tune up was great. Runs brand new.

Imperial SubaruReviews
Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. This experience, like the previous two, was excellent -- from the reception, the conversations about car options, the trade-in negotiation, and the pick-up of the new car. Michael was friendly, transparent, accommodating, and professional throughout the process.

Chelsea great manager service department is wonderful. If you're thinking about trading in an older car looking at a smaller more gas efficient model this is the place to go. Their service department is cooperative effective, they care about the customer, they take care of you probably, the video tape your Service repairs and they offer you financing options. Best dealership I found so far
