Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. Bob made the deal easy, quick, handling all aspects proactively. To all of them, that I am thankful. I wish the McLaren Boston group much success in the coming years.

I went from a E55 AMG to this, more on a hunch than anything cause I have had a few M cars and the quiet word was this thing is a monster. Well it didn’t disappoint, first of all it is bullet proof, I have been driving it for 3 years and drive it like I stole it every day. The one event that made me a believer was when my wife and I were traveling out of state at night in the winter when we were cut off by a drunk driver on an interstate under construction. I had to swerve hard right off the highway directly into huge potholes at 70 mph. The car slammed through a half a dozen 10” deep holes bottoming out on each one, at one point my wife cried out and I looked right while desperately hanging on to the wheel and saw her stuck on the ceiling with her head crooked. By the time the car straightened its self out (I was just hanging on) and slowed down I freaked out, the slamming through the frozen potholes made me believe I just destroyed the undercarriage. I gently guided the car off the highway and inspected the underside and didn’t see anything hanging off so we slowly drove to our destination an hour away. The next day I called a alignment shop and took the car in, told them what happened and they said they would look it over and let me know the damage. They called and said that the right front wheel needed a minor alignment, that’s it! Later on the front tire developed a separation and needed to be replaced. I have owned and still do own big 4x4 trucks and I guarantee you none of them would have faired as well as this X5M did. So now it’s my forever ride, what’s even better is now the tuning packages are affordable and for $1,500 my X5M is putting out 700 hp and is an absolute monster. I easily walk most anything out there cause the AWD system is flat out magical, very little tire spin, just brutal head snapping acceleration, if I have a passenger I have to warn them if I am going to hammer it cause it will hurt them if they aren’t ready. I had a chance to line up with a E55 which I used to think was about as quick as they come when modded, no way, the M obliterated it to 100, by then were are hitting warp and have to back down. To top it all off this thing will absolutely embarrass much more sporty cars on the back roads, once you learn the dynamics it’s an absolute hoot to toss around and power slide through turns. I have toned it down a bit and usually reserve the performance for highway driving, my wife has a nice Mercedes and it doesn’t even compare in performance or driving dynamics. The big plus is in 60000 miles of driving it has been almost flawless in maintenance.

A great, fun sports car, but proved to be impracticable for my needs. Due to the "sports car" design neither my husband nor sister could sit comfortably in the car. Also, passengers could not sit in the back sit.

The Jaguar XKR is beautiful, stylish, has lots of legroom and more than enough power. The interior fit and finish with the American burled walnut blend old & new styles and technology. The seats are infinitely adjustable and very comfortable. The steering wheel can also be set for height and depth which is very helpful. This car turns heads like no other car I have owned although that's not why I purchased it. The car is simply fun to drive and handles very weel.

By far, one of the best off-road vehicles for snow, beach, and water crossings!! Definitely, a Zombie Apocalypse, bug out vehicle!! A must have on your inventory!!!

I’ve owned my AWD ‘08 LS600hL for 4 yrs (‘19-‘23 time of review). Has Original hybrid battery, 168kmi, still gets 20/29mpg City/hwy. I bought it for $11,000 with a noise in the front air bag cap & check eng light for a $800.00 emission gas sensor. Fixed everything for ~$1400. Replaced an air bag valve on the rear & spark plugs @ 160kmi. The 5.0L engine takes 10qts of oil & 2 air filters but they last many more miles than a normal gas engine between oil changes. My LS was really well cared for, still has a luxury leather smell and feel. Drvr lumbar motor went out but $1500 for new isn’t getting replaced anytime soon… Runs like a top & is a GREAT long trip car. The hybrid models have a “Pwr” switch that enables a larger % of hybrid battery and higher cvt transmission rev availability for instant power, which is one of the awesome reasons to own the 600hL. I don’t NEED this car, but it’s paid for and every time I drive it, it’s such a marvel of automotive perfection that I can’t sell it.

I located a Dodge challenger at this dealership that was decently priced , So I took a trip fully expecting to buy and my first impression after meeting with Mario that it was going to be an easy sale for both of us. . He was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the sale did not happen when I was offered $17,000 for a 2019 Subaru Legacy all wheels drive premium in mint condition always garaged and serviced on time , no accidents clean record with 50,000 miles knowing it would be a hot item soon with snow arriving. Some how they dropped the ball with the offer. Obviously I did my research owning my own business and I understand they also need to make a profit so I expected at least $19 since they are on line selling in new England for $28,900 some with 65,000 miles above, I was very dissatisfied so I did visit another dealership in Connecticut that had a same year challenger for same price but went above my expectations for my trade in . I prefer to support local . I am still recommending using Bourne and please ask for Mario as he deserves the sale.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life. Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car’s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn’t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn’t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership. I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn’t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high. The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!!I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another car! I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it
