Holmgren Subaru review
I had an awesome experience beginning with a great phone conversation with Michelle followed by a welcome from the Manager, Jason, then a thorough review of our wants and needs with our Salesman, Frank. We traded our 2021 Crosstrek for a 2026 Crosstrek hybrid with an excellent deal on our trade in. Ben gave us a thorough, informative overview of all the details about our technology in the new car! It was above and beyond a great experience! Love my new Crosstrek Hybrid!!!!

Bertera Subaru of Hartford review
My other half went car shopping over the weekend starting in Canton. Norma stopped at "Bertera Subaru" of Hartford. Mr Harrison went over the cars safety features with her and she wanted to take a test ride. Mr Harrison brought the vehicle around that she liked and went on the test ride. Afterwards she explained that he had a deal and it was because of explaining the features and willingness to go on a test ride. So with 2 more dealers to go the sale happened. Thank you Mr Harrison and Bertera. Respectfully, Glenn Arzt

It was a pleasure working with Jon as my service advisor. I brought my 2022 Impreza in because the check engine light came on and it was also due for regular maintenance. Jon gave me all information on the diagnosis, what would be covered under my warranty, and estimated repair costs. He arranged for a loaner car while mine was being repaired and the repairs were done promptly so I had my car back in a few days. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Always a pleasure to do business at Mitchell Subaru. Kelly took good care of me and the reason I’m trading in my Forrester for a Crosstrek ( rather than purchasing a different vehicle) is for the service at Mitchell Subaru.
2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

My experience with the Mitchell dealership couldn’t have been better. I had a number I wanted to spend and the car I was looking for. I met Nicole she was kind, inviting and knowledgeable. She showed me the car, we test drove it and I was sold. BTW the car was in excellent condition and well taken care of. Better than I expected. I offered my price and it was excepted. It was fair for me and them. They excepted it without hassle. We did the paperwork and it was done. Nicole and the others involved were pleasant with no pressure to buy extras. I will be back and would definitely recommend them.
2025 Subaru Impreza review
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.

I bought a really decent secondhand car, from the car place, service was good, made the process easy, even went to motor vehicle for me, bunch of good guys there. around three months later had an issue with My car, Dave took care of it for half the price that anyone else around would’ve charged me. Thanks
2011 Subaru Impreza review
I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

Back in 2015 I was looking for a car. I went to unique and they couldn't help cause I didn't have enough credit. I was desperate cause I was a single mom, and my old car was dying ok me. So decided to visit Thrifty. They treated me with respect and I got approved right away. I got a 2010 Toyota Yaris with low miles. Thank u😊
2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!
