Buying our new 2019 Forester at Patrick Subaru was Excellent, it was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.Our salesman Nate Goodro was great to work with very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. Great buying experience.

I was going to be sure that if I could find a lifetime car on my first attempt at purchasing a car, that I would take full advantage. It looks new, drives great, AWD, and was at an amazing price for it's value. I'm glad I found this car.
Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!

I was looking for a sedan AWD and this was the only one I found that is very affordable. I love that it seems very dependable and I like both the exterior and interior look. It also has Bluetooth, camera, phone features and I love the speaker sounds system!
Have been a long time customer and keep coming back due to the excellent service provided and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This car is an AWD car like all Subaru's and it also had phenomenal gas mileage. Recently went on its first long road trip and it got an average of 39 miles to the gallon. I have had other cars of it type and none of them feel as sturdy as this one. The only issue that I have with this car is sometimes the backup camera can have issues, but this is supposed to be fixed in an update.
We went looking for a used vehicle and like everyone else we wanted a good deal and a pleasant experience. Well, we found it here at Long when we purchased a certified used Outback. Good value on the vehicle, excellent customer interaction from our salesman David Fayard (really knows his vehicles) and just over all a good experience.

Drives nice but, would like more options. It would be nice to have more power options. It would be nice for the car to have a sun roof and electric seats.
I had been looking forward to seeing the New 2019 Forester. So while my 2009 Forester was in for an oil change I took the opportunity to see the new model. While I was in the show room I spoke to Melissa Spencer who answered my questions and offered a test drive. I was so impressed with the new model in the show room, on the test drive and with the low pressure conversation, that I thought about it over a few days and looked at the literature from the dealer and on the Subaru website. Later I downloaded fromt the Subaru website a report of the car with the options I was interested in and emailed the information back to Melissa and asked her to start the processes of locating one. Ordering the car was straight forward and the expected delivery time I was told was pretty accurate. As soon as the the car arrived Melissa called and I made an appointment to see the car and finalize the purchase. (I also brought home the operator manual from the car to start getting familiar with all the new technology). The next day when I arrived at the dealer the car was ready for pickup but the insurance company had not yet faxed back the required documents and I thought I might have to return the following day. We contacted the insurance company again. While we were waiting Melissa spent two hours making sure the new car was prepped, explained all the new vehicle options including Starlink and Eyesight. Fortunately, the paper work finally arrived and the dealer was quickly able to process the Insurance, Registry, plates and vehicle inspection and also register the car on the Subaru websites so I could go home with the car that day. Over all it was a good experience.

I leased the Impreza for 3 years and not a single problem. That’s exactly what I would expect from a new car. Never had zero problems before. What a great car for the money.
We dealt with Scott Brill at Long Subaru and he has changed my perspection of car salespeople. He was friendly from the start and presented clearly all the information we needed to know in order to make a selection on what car best suits our needs. Scott did not bombard us with the HARD SALES PITCH, but rather treated us respectfully and allowed us time and space to make our decision. Once we purchased he handled all aspects of the sale with speed and accuracy. He made purchasing a car a pleasure. As well as Scott, all the other people at Long's were professional. I recommend when looking for a new Subaru head straight to Long's I don't think you will be disappointed with your experience with them.

This car is great. Excellent gas mileage and excellent in the snow. It's started right up even in the coldest weather. I would count on it in any weather. Comfortable ride.
We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. We highly recommend Erik and Village Subaru if you are in the market for a car.

We looked for a smaller SUV, and the Subaru was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the fact that it comes with known Subaru reliability, it's fun to drive. The standard equipment is almost TOO much!! The safety features are incredible ( especially vs most American vehicles ). I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others!?
Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!
Best Car I've owned. Ill only own Subarus now on.

This is the best car ive owned. The AWD in the snow is magic and the comfy design inside fits even my biggest friends. Great for camping or trips to the lake. Tons of fun being a stick too.
This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job. I had them put on new tires the other day and was told by the service tech that they usually do an alignment when they put on new tires. I also was concerned that the brakes may be waring down. I told them that I was more concerned about the brakes, but if I need the alignment its ok to do both.
I left and came back a half hour later and they were ready. Expecting the worst I looked at the bill. $88? I said I must be dreaming somebody pinch me. I said with a smile looks like the alignment and the brakes were ok? I was ready for a puzzled look and a, "whoops we forgot to check". But; without even taking a breath, he said nope the brakes are fine, you probably have another 10k on them and the tires were worn perfectly even no need for an alignment. I got up off the floor and said "you guys are amazing, I cant brag enough about you ".
To top it off I always get a call for the service mgr (its recorded, but we can cut em some slack on that, after all who else even cares?), and am reminded that my satisfaction is important to them,and to call if there are any questions.
Keep up the good work guys, there are some service places you can trust. Correction there is a service place you can trust.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
I bought my first Subaru Forrester at Village and I was very impressed with them. I walked in cold and luckily i met a very honest and straight shooter by the name of Lincoln. Yes, that's his name. He's a salesman with fantastic knowledge about Subarus. He helped me decide on the Forrester and I am so happy I did. I have had several. People tell me how good it is in the snow and how much I will love. I would highly recommend Lincoln, especially if you are not sure what car you want. He knows everything about them. I love my car and happy with the deal we made. One trip to the manager and I had the price I wanted. No playing games. I don't do that. I will walk before I do that back and forth game. Lincoln did not do that. Good luck and I hope this review helped.
Great car, very reliable, funky systems

I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
I had a good experience dealing with Zak, Vince and Chris. My daughter and I visited the dealership just to look and check out the Outback and Forester. We met sales associate Zak and test drove 2 cars. During this Zak was very pleasant, not pushy, very helpful in pointing out things and answering all our question. We ended up sitting down with Zak and Vince. They agreed to the trade in for my 2003 Highlander that I was hoping for. So I purchased a 2015 Forester 2.5 I premium and so far I am very happy with the car. If you like a friendly, patient, not pushy sales associate with no pressure, look for Zak. Elisabeth McD.
Reliable and economical

Basic comfortable car. Very reliable and economical. Leased vehicle for 2-1/2 years and decided to buy before lease ended. Would have liked a sunroof and rear cargo cover.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.

This car meets all of my needs. I especially love the way it handles on the highway. It drives smoothly and is quiet. I love the Starlink system that links to my iPhone. For the value I feel that you get a solid and reliable car.
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility
Inquired about my used Tacoma online and was contacted promptly the next morning by Brittany in Internet Sales. I was working so a family member took the drive down from NH for me and was met by my sales rep Tony at the door. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though the truck was a trade in for them. I would recommend asking for him if you're interested in a car at this dealership. Finance department was fine, they pushed for me to let them run my credit even though I had already secured financing. Just doing their job, but they were unable to get me a lower rate and added another hard inquiry to my report. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership as my experience was great.
A lot of functionality for the price

The car met all of my travelling needs. It's a great commuter and capable of some adventurous dirt paths. Getting ~30mpg for AWD all the time is great. Subaru's eyesight makes the driving experience assuring and the Apple CarPlay integrated in the head unit makes media consumption super easy.
before I purchased my crosstrek, I researched several models and prices. I searched high and low for a dealership that would provide me with personal experience without ripping me off or treating me like just another customer. I was told by several other dealerships that my cost would be $3000 more and it would be 10 weeks to get the color that I wanted. Not to mention, some other places were very rude. When I came to Clay Subaru, I was immediately treated respectfully and I felt important to every single person there. Franco has a very down-to-earth personality and kept me updated each step of the way. Within a week, he secured the exact model and color that I was looking for. He was just excited about finding it as I was. A couple days later, I drove off the lot with my beautiful new car and saved a money. I would definitely go back to Clay Subaru and will continue to recommend prospective Subaru owners to go there first. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. 10 Stars!
