We took a test drive, and he did not pressure me on the test drive asking about my trade-in, how much I wanted to spend, or what I wanted my payment to be. He matched my excitement about all of the cool features my new Mazda CX-50 came with, and I felt comfortable doing business with him. We talked numbers and they gave me a great deal and did not pressure me at all. In fact, I left Ottawa Mazda with a printed offer and an amazing trade in offer. I crunched numbers and looked for a better price within a 100 mile radius. No other dealership could beat the price they gave me on a CX-50. My experience actually started the night before when she emailed me to introduce herself...awesomde! When we met in person, Tatiana began by telling me the difference of Subaru and everyone else. She answered all my questions with detail, honesty, humor, patience, and integrity. We then spent some time getting to know each other. In the end, it didn't feel like a sales experience at all...more like talking with an old friend, and cares just happened to be the subject of our conversation. I would highly recommend Tatiana to anyone who is new to buying a car, someone who knows nothing about cars, or to anyone who values trust, care, and integrity when looking to buy a car. And a shout out to Mike Brooke for walking me through the payments and warranty coverage. He was incredibly patient as we discussed options that fit my budget.
