I wanted to post this, about my experience. I bought a 2026 Subaru Impreza last month. at the dealership on Cleveland Ave. In fact that is my 4th subaru from there. I met the Greg Winter, General Sales Manager he was really great anwered all my questions. Greg then turrned me over to Bennett Temple Sales Consultant, and it all began. Bennett took the time, went over all the information , and less than 2 hours I was approved. I explained that I needed to go home and talk all the details with my husband. He was fine . I called and said it was a go. Infact they held the car for me, for a week without a deposit. Unbelievable. Yesterday I had to go back, I had a couple scratches on the car, no big deal, I problable just got them with all the bad weather, but since my car was black. I wanted to fix them,. there were just 3 small scratches. I called and spoke to Bennett and I told him I would be in on Saturday. When I arrived, he took me to the parts department and got the right color, and then Bennett went outside and fixed the scratches himself. He did not have to do that but he went above and beyond. So if you are planning to buy a new car Think of a Subaru and Speak with Greg and then Bennett.

2023 Subaru Outback review
I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

2023 Subaru Outback review
2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

I explained my situation to him, and he was very understanding and willing to work with me to help me get into a vehicle that worked for me. When they asked if I was ready to get a vehicle today, I said yes, and they made the process so easy. The process did not take long at all. They let me look around the lot, choose the vehicles I was interested in, and test drive them. I was also able to do my own walk-around and inspection of the vehicle, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out to me was how upfront and transparent they were. They even provided me with the Carfax report for the vehicle without me having to ask for it, which I really appreciated. That showed me that they were willing to be completely honest and transparent about the vehicle I was purchasing. Everyone was very kind, professional, and respectful. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like anyone was trying to hide anything from me. Justin really listened to my situation and worked with me, and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am very happy that I chose to come here. Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way.
