Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
I brought home my Subaru Uncharted just a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. Carl Diederich was my sales advisor. I can recommend him highly. I hate high pressure, but he was easy-going and pleasant to work with. A week after my purchase Joe Rossman came to my house to walk me through all the menus and buttons, which was nice because I had questions. I know I can call either of them or others at the dealership if more questions come up. I’m loving my EV but there is a learning curve.

Johnson Subaru of Cary review
I had a really great experience overall with this dealership. I had set up a deal online thru Sam's Club on an auto with all the options I was looking for. I got to the dealer and was informed that the vehicle was in transit. Not great. The salesman I was working with worked tirelessly to find all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for along with another that I had been considering. In the end I purchased a really great auto and am very happy with the end result. I didn't feel the issue was the dealer's fault but most likely a issue with working with both Sam's Club and the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Johnson Subaru of Cary review
Ray and team did a great job helping me get my car situated. Even getting his other team involved. Big ups for the tram and I hope he's there next time I take my car in. 0 concerns. 10/10 highly recommend.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

I had a great experience at the dealership. Jamie Evans was my service writer. He is awesome. I love the video that shows you everything they are checking. I always enjoy my experience Jamie knows how to treat customers and keep them appraised on whats going on. Top dog.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

I went in for a computer program update. The work was done well. A video update of the work was sent to me. Angie was the service representative and she did a great job.

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
Tushar the salesman was very nice. My own fault was I paid over list price. After sale I was taken to a big board of confusing choices which showed daily cost rather than monthly. I chose an option of service contract which I later asked to remove. The lady was extremely rude, and I asked for someone else to deal with who was also not very pleasant. They did credit me as that was allowed. Follow up from Hendrick has been excellent. Someone is going to go over the car features next week. Asked for review with several sites.

Angie is terrific. I came in for a car inspection and an oil change. A few minor problems were identified. Angie found me in the waiting room, explained everything and kept me apprised. Arranged to have the car washed even before I requested it. She is the best!
