Treasure Valley Subaru review
I made a recent trip to Treasure Valley Subaru in Nampa, Idaho. The care and service I received was exceptional! From the moment I arrived at the Service Department, Ben Desman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He listend to my concerns related to my wife's Subaru Forester and exceeded my expectations answering questions I had and getting my repair needs taken care of. While I was there, I visited the Parts Department for some parts I was in need of for a repair I wanted to perform myself. Again, exceptional service was provided by Dustin Shalz at the Parts Counter. He took the time to research what parts I would need and ensured I left with what I needed to complete the job without having to make multiple trips. These 2 gentlemen have earned my loyalty and business for as long as I'm a Subaru owner. Treasure Valley Subaru will be the place I will take my business, for life!

Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise review
Everything was easy and enjoyable. I was not looking forward to buying a car because previously I have had very unpleasant experiences with car dealers. This has changed my opinion I really enjoyed everyone that works there they were all well informed nice and very professional. Thank you very much for all you do
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise review
We got the best service and best deal in town by choosing to work with LM Subaru! From the get go, Lance was a great help, and when we had a bit of a bumpy road with a quality control hold, Cody and Paul were a continuous help. Our trade-in value was honored, and the day of the purchase we got the best service with the best deal. We truly appreciate everything Subaru did for us, and a huge shoutout to Lance!

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Elizabeth is great! I haven’t had a lot of experience in car repair estimates because I’ve had new cars the last 40 plus years. I am a widow now and no one to ask for advise. Elizabeth was very thorough explaining the costs, what my options were and helped by looking for any kind of discount available for me! I would recommend Larry Miller Subaru to my friends and family! Elizabeth is very sweet and knowledgeable! She needs a raise too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Mark made the car buying process stress free and quick! I got the Subaru I wanted with no hassle! Highly recommend Treasure Valley Subaru!!!!!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Treasure Valley Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2026 Outback Touring from Treasure Valley Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As an older woman, buying a new vehicle can feel a bit intimidating—but Teya made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. She patiently answered all of my “old lady questions” without ever making me feel rushed or silly. Her expertise and warm personality turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a truly pleasant one. When it came time for paperwork, Nate was equally impressive. He was efficient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He somehow managed to make signing documents—usually the most boring part—actually kind of fun! I even declined the purchase celebration, but I truly appreciated the opportunity to meet Rob and other members of the staff. It’s clear this dealership values customer experience from start to finish. Thank you all for making this milestone such a positive one!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

AutoNation Subaru RosevilleReviews
AutoNation Subaru Roseville review
Our experience with Adam and Bradley, at AutoNation Subaru Roseville, was a good but different experience. Found a Touring Forester Hybrid we loved (except for the dark interior) and purchased it. When reviewing the car functions we found out there was no button on the mirror to make the garage door opener open. This top-of-the-line car was not equipped with a door opener button. It is not possible to put one on the mirror! Big deal breaker. Adam was able to find us a Premium model was in white with a light colored interior. Bought this model and are happy with it....but it is missing a couple of the features we liked on the Touring model. It rides nice and love the good gas mileage. Knowing all the features in the very beginning would have saved us some stress and time (3 days) which would have made it a much better experience.

Michael Hohl Subaru review
I had a great experience with the service department for my 130,000mile service. My service associate, Sante could’ve been more helpful and know . I loved the loaner car that made my life so much more convenient and that the car was fantastic! My favorite person at the dealership was the woman that greeted me as I pulled up to deliver my car and also to return the loaner. Her name is Kelly Tyler. She was so friendly and clear on where I was to go to be assisted next. She made the my experience so welcoming!!

I can't say enough good about my experience with Subaru Roseville. I'd give them a 5+ if that was available. Every aspect of my purchase from the knowledgeable, no pressure salesman, Sam, to the price on my new car and trade-in allowance, to the after sales special programs was perfect. A top level operation!

Dean was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable!! He got us in and out fast like we wanted Everyone was extremely helpful and made the process way more fun
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Made appointment online but service advisor I requested online was not available the day I arrived. So when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time, I waited until another advisor (JR) cleared his appointments and he did a great job. I probably won?t use online appointments again - humans are much better.

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. She made sure the process was simple for us and that we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend!
