Suburban Subaru of Troy review
Fantastic staff and relaxing waiting area. The prices are reasonable for going to a dealership, but the employees really make the experience. I've had no issues with unnecessary upselling or "bad vibes" and am so glad I purchased my Subaru here! They also have some great discounted maintenance packages that have been very useful so far
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Suburban Subaru of Troy review
This is my first Subaru purchase. I got recommendations from friends that told me it would be a great experience in Troy Subaru fulfilled my expectations. The sales team is efficient and kind and thorough I had service completed in September 2026 and my service was completed and I’m confident I got a reasonable price but a thorough inspection Which is important to me

My 2nd oil change here. Professionally done! Will definitely go back here. Pay with debit if you want to avoid the 3 percent credit card fee.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Fox Subaru Macomb review
Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

LaFontaine Subaru review
As usual, all went well with my Subaru Forrester maintenance check up. I appreciate the suggestions to take care of parts that I am not aware of
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Suburban Subaru of Troy review
Always friendly and on time. Only problem is that you are hounded constantly to provide a review of your experience, even for something like an oil change. I appreciate their wanting feedback but they go overboard in the multiple ways they reach out for the review and never stop until one is provided. Total harassment.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Ken Ganley Subaru WickliffeReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Jason and his team did a stellar job on my Ascent. I brought it in for the 60K service and mentioned some potential issues with RPMs and a jolting sensation. Long story short, there was a transmission issue that had to go beyond the local team, to Subaru Technical service. The diagnostic testing was very thorough, as was the communication from Jason on what was happening. I was provided a lovely loaner, so there was zero inconvenience to me. My car was fixed under the warranty, and the final bill was less than expected. The whole experience was professional, kind and thorough. I really appreciate Jason, Adam and everyone else who worked on my car.
