Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

This is my first Subaru purchase. I got recommendations from friends that told me it would be a great experience in Troy Subaru fulfilled my expectations. The sales team is efficient and kind and thorough I had service completed in September 2026 and my service was completed and I’m confident I got a reasonable price but a thorough inspection Which is important to me

The dealership is so clean and comfortable, with great coffee and a kids’ play area. My children were entertained while I finished paperwork. Everyone was friendly and attentive. It felt more like a visit to a nice hotel than a car lot.

Atlantic SubaruReviews
Atlantic Subaru review
Atlantic Subaru is the only dealership that I take my 2020 Forester to. I live in NY & have a house on cape cod but only get my car serviced at Atlantic despite the fact that there is a dealership 5 miles from my house in NY that ruined a transmission on one of my cars. Customer service is superb. And the mechanics always service the car expertly. The waiting area is stocked with snacks, a TV, and comfortable chairs. There is also comfortable workspace available. The women’s room is meticulously maintained. Go to Atlantic Subaru that treats your vehicle & yourself top shelf.

2023 Subaru WRX review
About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

2023 Subaru WRX review
I love everything about this car, my only issue so far is my butt hurts with these sports seats after a solid hour of driving. Not the most padded seat mixed with the WRX stiff suspension lets you really feel the texture of the road. Everything else is 10/10.

INFINITI of CharlotteReviews
INFINITI of Charlotte review
Subject: LONG TERM Happy Infiniti of Charlotte Customers For over 10 years, my husband and I have depended on Infiniti of Charlotte for new car purchases, service and trade-ins. In particular, Chris Bonner continues to EXCEL in servicing us before, during and after the sale. Recently we purchased a new QX50 & a QX60, We have also owned other Infiniti of Charlotte models going back to 2010. During these years, Chris' service during and after-the-sale is exceptional. He also guides us on how to use the new car technology which is much better than reading the book! We will continue to buy from Chris and we also refer others to him as well. He keeps us very happy Infiniti owners and we highly recommend him. George & Payne

I knew what I was interested in. They helped me get that without any pressure. The price started out fair enough, and then with great communication, they made it even better. The vehicle was as advertised. The condition of the vehicle was solidly maintained. Sincere personnel working hard to satisfy my goals and their objectives. Perfect.

UDrive USA review
I recently purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach-E from Udrive, and this was my second vehicle purchase with them. Once again, the entire car buying process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions about the Mustang Mach-E and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. There was no pressure — just honest communication and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable used car dealership with a professional sales team and a straightforward buying experience, I highly recommend Udrive. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.
