German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.

I recently had some non warranty repair work done, On my 2026 Outback, I was extremely impressed with the dealership from diagnosis of the problem and being kept informed. Service agent Bethann I can’t praise enough, I wasn’t able to take the car with me and She arranged a loaner car for me while it was being serviced. I highly recommend Clay Subaru.

I have had some difficult circumstances with my vehicle, and the service team at clay Subaru has consistently treated me with honesty, kindness, and respect. Will and Anna in particular have been exceptional in my experience. They take the time to explain what is going on and help me understand my options. I have always appreciated how transparent they are about repairs. On more than one occasion, I’ve been invited to the back to see my car on the lift before any work was done, which gave me a much clearer understanding of what they were seeing. Drop off and pick up are a breeze, the service waiting area is clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and snacks, which makes a long appointment much easier. What stands out most to me is the way I am treated as a person. During my most recent visit Will and the mechanics were genuinely kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy human beings. That kind of experience matters, especially when car repairs are already stressful. In the past, I would never have considered using a dealership mechanic, but here I I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know this sounds corny, but my experience at Clay Subaru is kind of the reason I want to continue to drive a Subaru.

friendly and so helpful but you need more staff handling final documents when very busy. I waited about 45 for the paperwork. your staff was on the ball but one person can only handle so many. So if the wait room is mobbed add another staff for paperwork.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

Jadaice our salesman was the best! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went over every aspect of the car and its features. It was a used car in impeccable condition. He went over the maintenance the car had received in every detail to show us the actual condion the car was in and answered all our questions and then some. He fought for a higher trade in deal. This is our third car we have bought from this dealership. Jadaice made it very easy and pleasurable.

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

Bought a car from George. He was very professional and eager to satisfy. I would strongly recommend both him and Imperial Subaru to anyone wishing to purchase a car.

Oil change and tire rotation but ended up purchasing new tires and a brake line flush, both necessary. Will accomplish this next week after the holiday.
