The entire staff at this facility, headed by the dynamic young owner Vance James Hagen is the best👍👏This team has taken care of my late husband’s car for almost 2 decades. The care to detail, the honesty & integrity of the owner.. is above par. I have gone back & bought a car for the young daughter also, & Vance takes excellent care of the car!

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

The key factor was Michael Izigna. He was polite, knowledgeable and straight forward. I appreciated not going back and forth to get the end result I wanted.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review because I had never been to Bill before, and it’s a used car place, you never know! First of all, the buying process was absolutely fantastic! Bill was so kind and easy going. We went through some issues with our bank and he kindly kept the car for us while we waited. Once approved, we went up there to get the vehicle on, get this, Thanksgiving!! That’s right, Bill took time out of his holiday to make sure we had the keys in hand. Great price, great car, and great guy!! I would recommend Bill to anyone!! Thanks Bill!! 😊

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!
