2022 Subaru Impreza review

2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

2019 Subaru Impreza review
This is my 4th Subaru, 1st new & 1st Impreza. I hated my early 2000 Forester-boxy/noisey loved both of my outbacks. Other than regular maintenance none of them had any major problems. Subaru of America never hides any issues or recalls, they have been quick to alert me and fix ALL. Every car company has recalls, sadly many companies try and hide the fact or sweep it under the rug so they don't have to fix it or pay up. Not Subaru in fact after my 3 year warranty ran out and they found an issue with the tires, Continental would not cover them nor prorate them. Yet SOA stepped up and paid for all 4 mounted, balanced, and alignment for FREE! Now THAT is a customer friendly car company in a world of rip-offs! They have me for life! I'm getting 30 mpg town and 40 highway! AWD that's awesome!

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

2017 Subaru Impreza review
Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

2023 Subaru Impreza review
We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

2019 Subaru Impreza review
I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. My name is Mark Staves. My wife and I were driving home when the engine light on our car went on. The car is a Subaru Forester 2014. Took the car to Shaller Subaru in Berlin, Connecticut Patrick Conniff, the service manager was courteous knowledgeable check the warrantees did the analysis what there should be done, come to find out the transmission valve body was defective. It was actually after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but he still managed to get the car in the part was on a shelf had the part put into the car and we were on our way by 5 o’clock at no charge, because he checked and made sure that the warranty was still in place for that part even though the car had 130+ thousand miles.cannot say enough about quality of service in which Patrick provided. Best service agent I have worked with.

2014 Subaru Impreza review
Served me well for 5 years but after 130,000 miles it started burning oil and after 140,000 I needed all sorts of things fixed. Wheel bearing, air conditioning, airflow sensor and more. The tires also wear out/ lose air faster than in most other cars. And the airbags would turn off for the passenger and sometimes the driver.
