Purchased an X5 xDrive 50e. This is our second new BMW purchase from this dealership. This experience, like the last, was excellent. The salesperson was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We took advantage of the excellent financing they offered and got great service from the finance department. The initial contact was over the web, and when we had all the details arranged, it only took a few minutes to fill out the necessary paperwork. The salesperson offered some great advice for operating the car most efficiently and directed us to the important training/familiarization videos.
