2020 Subaru WRX review
Got my 2020 a few years back been a soild car. Haven't had one major issue with any of the car drivableity of the car. But thank again my service record is flawless . But for an all wheel drive car she pulls hard when your ready to have fun but can just cruise when you need her to the drive modes are a great ad to it . But all and all would recommend anybody give it a look and go test drive one .

2021 Subaru WRX STI review
I’ve owned for 3 years already, and being honest it’s a painful, wallet draining car. Such a blast to drive and own but will make you spend money if you abuse it too much. A good car for someone to change to spare on maintenance. Excellent car for a 4 cylinder turbo and very practical for someone like me (father of two with friends)

I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!
2024 Subaru WRX review
This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

2016 Subaru WRX STI review
Very good power, fantastic AWD system, goes very well in snow. Keeps up with V8 cars and can go threw snow like a truck. Only downside is fuel economy is poor for a 4 Cylinder and loud road noise.

2019 Subaru WRX review
Car is great in Pennsylvania winter, it has a great exterior styling but the interior feels cheaper. I’m not upset with this as it’s a sub 30,000 car and I see the trade off with the legacy for the price is the engine being ~100 horsepower more to the crank while the legacy with less power has a much nicer interior. Also VERY happy this car comes in a Manual and will continue to buy them so long as this stays.

The FA 20 engine and cvt transmission were designed as a unit .There have been issues with the cvt as drag racing stretches the internal belt and the hurt begins rolling starts all good . Great road car in any weather a solid performer .

2019 Subaru WRX review
First off if you are in to have that race car feel the +2015 Subaru WRX is a great car , mine being the 2019 . When it comes to comfort the car is not the greatest it’s mid size interior but with my after market bucket seats it made it feel better for hard turns or even around corners to hold me in place but for this it feels more as if you know your cars limits . The interior is ok again if you are someone that likes a plain and simple interior with out all the buttons then this car is for you as I like not having all that . So the interior is ok to my liking but I wish the vibrating in the trunk from my speaker system makes it make a noise and I wish they gave the option of carpet colors or dark black as it fades lighter . Preformance wise it was eh ok . The Recaros seats were comfortable and held you in some kind of aggressive driving around in mountains but the base seats are not great, you feel all the quality in ride suck but with upgraded suspension and tweaks it not feels as if I can feel the tires stick and grip really well and the motor closed deck block and upgraded turbo and exhaust system and more . You just got to love the car to be at this point but it will cost you . But reliably , yea it’s pretty good . I’ve Owen mine for going on about 6 years and it’s been great Owning it and having the experience of bonding . I’d recommend if you want a sportier race car feel for a Dailey

2016 Subaru Legacy review
My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!

2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

2018 Subaru Legacy review
Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

2014 Subaru Legacy review
I love the AWD system. The car handles very well in snow. It handles really good no matter the road conditions. I've owned this car for 7 years and it's never left me stranded. Gets decent gas mileage. And it has great visibility. The 2014 Legacy 3.6R is overall my favorite car I've ever owned. If I had one thing I'd like to see improved, it would be to make a turbo or preferably a twin turbo version with like 450HP.

It’s so rare these days that I have an exceptional customer service experience, so I wanted to share this one with anyone considering a Subaru (or anyone around Asheville looking for a car.) I was in the automotive business for years, and I rarely met a dealer who runs his business like this guy. From the first contact (via email) with Skye Autohaus in Weaverville, the service was top-notch. I visited the dealership several times to check out different cars, and each time I showed up, the folks were friendly and helpful. The cars were ready to go, even started and heated, ready for my test drive, on a particularly cold day. It didn’t matter that Travis had the “deal” due to a referral (meaning, he was my salesperson). I was helped by Ed, Kristen, and Rob, the owner. Kristen delivered the car I chose, even though she won’t see the commission from it. I highly recommend her and Ed, whom I worked with the most. Dennis, who details the cars, was around and provided great information, as well. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and personable; that’s important to me. The car I settled on is a real beauty. One of the things that makes Skye Autohaus exceptional is that they buy great cars to begin with, and go over each with a fine toothed comb, taking care of everything they possibly can before they sell it. My 2013 Outback Premium has a new transmission, new tires and new brakes. It was clean as a whistle on delivery, and the experience from start to finish couldn’t have been better. With the money I saved on the car, I purchased an extended warranty that will cover it for another 3 years. The Keurig was always ready to go, and they even have half and half in the fridge (none of that fake crap)! No pressure, no haggling. They hand you the keys to any car you’re considering, let you look it over, take it for a drive. They’re available for questions, but they don’t push anything on you. They know they have great cars and that if you don’t buy the car, someone else will. I really can’t say enough good things about the folks at Skye Autohaus. And, they ship their cars ANYWHERE, so you don’t have to live in Weaverville (Asheville) to get a great car at a great price. AND, they're going to consign my Volvo, so I don't have to deal with selling it. I'll pay them to detail it, they'll take care of a couple of small repair items at wholesale, list the car on every website they advertise their cars on, show the car, and complete the deal! 2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.
