I'm still driving the 2019 Ascent with 56k miles. Other than a few recalls handled quickly, no issues whatsoever. Dependable, quiet, performance, comfort. I just had a loaner of the 2023 Ascent Touring model and I was amazed at the improvements. While I am keeping and love my 2019, the 2023 has improved handling, quieter, the transmission is certainly smoother and a solid and comfortable ride. Perhaps it has to due with the Touring model. I am not certain. I find my Subaru dealer to be honest, supportive and with an educated staff. This Ascent is large, which I enjoy immensely and without any family. The fit and finish is outstanding and the dash is quality components. No cheap plastic knobs or low grade materials. I would encourage you to test drive one today.

What a refreshing car buying experience! Everybody we were in contact with at Thompson' Chrysler were friendly, professional and cared about what our goal was. We were observing other customers and it was obvious that the Thompson's employees truly love what they do and the customers comes first.

Amazing car performance and handling not to mention easy on the eyes. Built to be punished but my guess is that you won't want to do much punishment.

We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.

Bought @Subaru dealership, had to add oil. Subaru has "Oil Consumption Test' free if under 100k miles. Mine failed, Subaru rebuilt the engine, for free.

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

mechanically sound but the electronics stink. Radio won't play. Screen insensitive at times. Not at all pleased with electronic connection with car. Wish I had my old 11 outback . Also brakes will engage without pressing to brake pedal. Get rid of the safe driving message.

Regular dealerships blow. Go to carmax. Their motto says it all.

I lucked into finding a returned leased 2020 Outback in July of 2022. Beautiful white exterior, drives like my '13 Legacy (handed down to my daughter, thus the new car for me!). Apparently Outbacks and Legacies have the same body frame, and driving this new Outback is a dream! This is my 4th Subaru and I absolutely, without a qualm, recommend them for handling, snow, comfort, style, cargo capability. After reading the reviews here, I can agree with two issues: battery and display screen. I also had a dead battery with no apparent reason. The dealership went over the car looking for a "battery draw," but found nothing wrong. They replaced it (under warrantee), and THE NEXT DAY the new battery was also dead. The explanation was this new battery had come from a warehouse and should have been charged before installation. No charge to me and no problems since, but definitely an inconvenience. The second drawback I would mention is the display screen. Way overwhelming, hard to find the functions to change driver assist et. al., and too difficult to drive while trying to change your heat, seat temp -- basic controls that should not require the driver to look down so much and for so long. No issues with operation of the screen. Finally, and maybe this was a one-off experience, I had to have the hood repainted because a leaf had left a weird stain right in the center of the hood. I cannot claim the stain was there when I got the car, but we tried every safe method (including wet sanding) to remove it and it was under the finish (according to the body shop). I'd venture to guess it came off the assembly line like that and it was fairly faint until you noticed it. Finally, I am strongly loyal to the dealership, as they have done right by me in many situations. They are fair, give me clear explanations and warn me about upcoming repairs, considerate, and have on more than one occasion checked a warrantee on my behalf to get me a better price.

Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

Our experience with AutoNation Subaru was fantastic. We visited to look at a specific WRX we looked at online. The car was parked right in front of the showroom. A salesperson asked us if we needed help after noticing us looking at the WRX. After telling her, we were interested in this specific WRX. She retrieved the keys and had us on a test drive in a matter of minutes. Patti was friendly and very informative throughout the entire process. It was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership.

I have had it almost 2 years and the only problem I have had is somebody scratching my trunk hood and a dent from a crazy driver hit and run which wasn’t covered by my insurance

I went to the Automall to test drive everything and expected to be harassed by sales people. While that was true at several dealerships, Roseville Subaru was a no pressure dealership. The staff was friendly and patient. They answered all of my questions, sometimes more than once. Their cars sold themselves. I was impressed with the financial department as well, efficient and professional. They had me in my new Crosstrek in no time, cleaned and fueled up! I had nothing but a positive experience at Roseville Subaru.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

We recently purchased a 2023 Outback from AutoNation Subaru Roseville and are very happy with the vehicle and the dealership. Austin, our salesman, was great. He was very knowledgeable, low pressure and nice. He listened to what we wanted and needed from a vehicle. When we advised Austin, we were considering 4 vehicles which included the Outback, CR-V, Rogue and RAV-4. However, we had not been able to drive the CR-V as Honda did not have any in stock. To our surprise, the Sales Manager brought out a CR-V that they had taken in trade. Without comparing the two vehicles, he gave us all the benefits of the CR-V and let us do our own comparison. We went home after that and made our decision to purchase the Outback. We called Austin the next morning and he held the Outback for us. The Dealership gave us a great price for our trade and the price of the Outback. We would strongly recommend AutoNation Subaru Roseville as we had a great experience working with them. Dan P

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

Buying a car has always been a stressful experience for me until I bought a Subaru from AutoNation. My experience has taught me that women often have different concerns and questions than men do, but dealers rarely understand this. Autonation did. They were careful to use language that wasn't sexist, and treated both my husband and me equally, addressing our questions and concerns with kindness and thoughtfulness. It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

Absolutely have loved my Subaru Outback Touring. We have the 3.6 and it has not had a single issue after 43k miles. The interior is beautiful in the Touring. The nappa leather has held up surprisingly after my Audi's leather had cracks after only 12k. Love all the features you get with the Subaru and SPACE for the dogs without having to buy a huge SUV. First time Subaru owner after having owned an Audi A4, Infinity QX, Volkswagen Touareg as well as a Dodge. BEST one yet and it's not even considered a luxury brand. Cannot wait to get the next one!

my 5th subaru (4th outback) and this 2023 touring xt addresses virtually all of the deficincies and negatives of my 2020 model. the infotainment head is several levels improved and now a pleasure to use. still some improvements possible, but the vehicle is terrific. the turbo-charged engine is a pleasure and certainly quick 0-60 mph in 5.8 seconds. definitely an under-appreciated safety feature.

Great mileage, reliable, safe( withstood getting totaled with no injury to me or my grand dog), comfy, just the right size! Only gripe: blind spot.

Never thought I would drive a Subaru, but fell in love! Great for all driver heights, amazing gas mileage, a surprising amount of power, and a good feeling of control. No complaints!

Have a 2009 with 110K miles on it. Very dependable. Averaging 25.8 MPG right now- not too bad for older AWD. I do drive the speed limit and accelerate probably slower than most, and brake easy. Only averaged 24 or so on the Oregon 101 by ocean- hilly, curvy and logging trucks on my butt. Good car. Don't miss my big has guzzler at all!!

I worked with Fadel to purchase a used Tacoma truck. Fadel was very helpful and polite. Problems discovered during my check of the vehicle were promptly fixed and I am really pleased with the truck. I would buy another vehicle from Industry Motors.

I bought a 2010 legacy, with 209,000 on it and I've taken it on a couple of trips for over 5 hours a piece and it's a reliable and sturdy car, love the design as well, love subarus and I'm from Vermont so I consider AWD essential, doesn't ride like a tin can, would buy another one for sure.

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

A1 has a good variety of cars for every budget. I recently bought a used Honda from A1 Carz. Since I purchased with cash the sales process was smooth and fast. Ali sold me the car and he was very professional. I was pleased with my purchase but I discovered an issue with the car when I got home. The problem was not apparent or known when I bought by either party. Looking back I could have inspected the car better. Regardless, A1 fixed the car despite being an as-is purchase. A1 could have left me with the issue and I would have been very unhappy. Fortunately for me they were very accommodating. In summary, I would recommend A1 for good used cars.

great for comfort and snow driving. Navigation system little disappointing. hard to get updates. car has lots of pep. 3.6R engine is the way to go.
